This is THE BEST BBQ spot is the Triangle!!! Since being introduced to this spot by one of my friends. This is an authentic Texas-style BBQ restaurant. The brisket and turkey are the best in the Triangle, and there?s no close... second. The best smoked BBQ brisket on the planet. Great staff, super clean, fast service & the men's room could have been in a 5 star... hotel. A staff member stopped at our table & asked if we needed anything, then the owner came over to check on us. Mr. Prietois a good Christian fellow & a real gentleman. Prime is one of the best BBQ spots in Raleigh. The brisket is super moist and cut with a fork tender. My wife loves the pulled... pork even though it?s not eastern vinegar style.
