I wish I had read previous reviews about this place, it was the worse experience I have had at a Waffle House. It was 20 mins... before the staff acknowledged that I was there, after she finally took my order, the cook himself had to bring it to my table. Iwas given plastic ware to eat with while everyone else received silverware. My coffee was never refilled but a Caucasian couplein the booth next to me were waited on hand and foot. The servers were very unprofessional, yelling across restaurant and horseplaying with the cooks with what seem to be a dish rinser. Not even a how was everything on the way out, server stated when youare done(with check) leave it here I will get it. This occurred 11/01/2022 between 11:50am-12:30pm. Go to Raleigh or somewhereelse and find a Waffle House if you want to be treated like a human being!!! Food was usual Waffle House quality but I give theservers a minus F!! Read more
We was at the waffle house today. We walked in and waited for some to tell us where to sit there was dirty plates all over the... table all except for three tables. Trash was all over the floor. The windows seals was dirty as well as the windows. The glassesand plates was chipped. Napkins holders was dirty. The grill was nasty (I say that because black burnt stuff was all over myfood). They only had three customers in the whole place at that time. Cigarette butts was on the outside window seals anddoorway as you come into the door. The worst experience I have ever had at a Waffle House. Our waiter was slow to come to the table, never asked if we wanted a... refill on our coffee. When orders came they were missing items. We never got our waffles even though I watched them make 30 plusfor takeout order's. We asked for the manager on duty but he never came to our table. Do Not Order Online I ordered my food at 1:32pm during non busy hours. My food was to be picked up by 2:20 pm. Get there at... 2:20 pm and no one has any clue of my online order. Someone finally walks to the back to see that there was an order placed45mins prior. The gentleman says it will be an additional 20 - 30 min wait..,, HYLYM!!!! At this point I just want my money back???? Poor service and not to mention the female manager was sitting in the office this whole time and never came out?. This is my favorite Waffle House location. The staff actually have manners and do their jobs correctly. The other waffle houses... are so gross and ratch, staff always rude or no customer service in general but not this place. They do my orders correctly andthey are polite and friendly. Love coming here. Only draw back is it isn?t a bigger place lol. Read more
