to be completely honest, its just unorganized. i went there today through drive thru. sadly I ordered my order, i got up to the... window and there was a long wait. in my opinion, the employees looked young. 17-22 maybe, i sort of let that slide because ofthere age. im not sure if there manager is also young but, its very unorganized. the young girl at the window was very polite.she seems professional, i suggest her get a better job. so she can work else where, because she has potential. but after 20minutes or so I received my order after the girl in the window explained to me that 2 other employees left the restaurantwithout making or finishing an order. to me, very upsetting. i am also youth, but to see my young people not doing their jobshow there supposed to upsets me. the food may disappoint others, but me personally i love tacos. although, there was little toalmost no meat on my tacos. the packaging was horrible, could?ve been so much better. but i can completely understand. i suggestthe city does an inspection, and get these people new jobs. or new staff. If I could leave zero stars I would. The black lady with the red dyed hair was awful. They were absolutely rude and we were in... the drive-through window for over 15 minutes. The lady at the drive-through with the red dyed hair was in a video chat with herphone propped up by the window laughing hysterically laying on the counter as she was doing nothing to help with our order.Forgot our water and our order was completely wrong. There was probably 10 or 15 cars behind us and they were all in theretalking and messing around. The other black lady with the braids was using profanity and said several times that she didn?t givea damn.. We will never be back to this Taco Bell. Absolutely awful customer service. These employees do not deserve a job incustomer service. Fire all of them and start fresh. Trust me. Read more

I will NEVER patronize this location again. I pulled up to the window to retrieve my on-line order after a thirty minute wait in... drive-thru. The girl handed me our drinks. Five minutes later she opened the window to ask us were we missing any part of ourorder? To which I replied, our entire food order, you've only given me drinks. She shut the window in my face. Another lady cameto the window to inform me that our food was being made fresh. Half our order was missing and what we received was madeincorrectly. Incompetent employees needless to say. Oh & there is no use in attempting to call in order to give them the chanceto correct their wrong because clearly answering the phone would be rocket science for this crew. Read more

Order took over 20 minutes just to get and everything was wrong. I Ordered food for a few people and spook to a very nice lady... at the drive through speaker just to deal with apparently the female night manager with a huge attitude and extremely rude.Definitely will never return to this garbage astonishment. For those wondering they looked fully staffed, I saw 5 people insideworking. Read more

After trying to give TB a another chance... I came to the store, ordered my food via the app since there is no cashier... And it... took 25 minutes to receive my order... Drive through was closed and in the course of one hour that I was there there had to be50 vehicles who drove through and left on this Friday night... it was 6pm... Read more

I've probably been to this location 10 or more times in the last 2 years. I kid you not, I have yet to be served food. I usually... drop by at night. I have never gone outside of the hours they have listed online, but they have never been open. They must close3 or more hours early every night? Sometimes, someone is inside to tell me they are "understaffed" and they closed early (thathappened tonight). But it has also happened in the middle of the afternoon, closed, no one in the building. The strangest time Ishowed up at 3 or 4pm and I pulled up to the drive through (after waiting in line after a few cars, some of which receivedorders at the window) I got to the speaker to order and was told they weren't taking orders right now because they were"understaffed." When I drove by the window there was at least 3 workers inside. Bizarre. I don't know how they can afford tokeep the lights on. Sounds like they are undermanaged to me. Read more

I don't understand why people can't make orders right? If I order an egg burrito with a hashbrown how hard is it to add a... hashbrown? And the lady at the drive through was rude. And might help if you post your breakfast menu! Read more

I wish there was a way to go into negative stars. Rudest people I have dealt with, and by far the worst fast food experience... I?ve had. Please do yourself a huge favor and don?t bother stopping by this location, I don?t care how hungry you think you are.I would have been better off taking the $22 I spent and burning it. Read more
