The wait time was ridiculous. My food was cold. and they don?t label which of the teas are which (sweet or unsweet). The drink... machine wasn?t changed as it should?ve been. Also they failed to properly season my fries. They do not follow directions andfinally, there?s no type of loyal customer service when you get there. Read more

I was in Knightdale and decided to get lunch at Zaxby's, I ate there a couple times before. I always buy wings and things. But... this time the food was very salty and I could not eat it. It seems like lots of salt was on everything fries, bone in wings andstrips. My mom took a bit and could not eat any of her lunch. I could not eat any of it either. I hen told a young lady aboutthe situations, she said she will tell the manager and no one came over to hour table. I will never eat there again. Could notenjoy the lunch all you tasted was salt. I grabbed pickup from a mobile order when they weren't busy. None of the sauces or dressings for any of my 3 meals were in the... bag. The soft drinks tasted like there was the thought of syrup, but none actually used. The fries were unseasoned, cold, andsoggy like they'd been sitting out for a while. The food is Delicious at Zaxby. I was over charged while ordering in the drive through. I was paying credit & cash but the young... man outside told me my credit card didn't scan so I paid cash for my order. However; my credit card is setup so if any money isremoved from my account it will notify me. I told the Manager and he was very Friendly and Professional. Great food and great location. The customer service is awesome! At first I was hesitant to use their drive thru because the... lines were so long, but I'm glad I tried it! They have a terrific system set up, with LOTS of staff actually outside, making theflow go really smoothly and FAST. They even have runners bringing orders to cars in line rather than waiting for them to come tothe window if there's any kind of a holdup with an order. I was really impressed. Good job for thinking outside the box!!Whoever set that system up needs a promotion and a raise!!! I?m SUPER Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the my meal from this location. I have eaten from here on many occasions it... honestly become one of my favorite in Knightdale especially during the pandemic, however I recently moved to Zebulon but I stillshop a lot in Knightdale. So I decided to stop by and get a salad and a wing meal. I get back home in Zebulon which is about 22minutes away and I find A HAIR ON MY FOOD my egg to be exact. So I called and asked to talk with a manager? so the 1st younglady was like I can help I?m a team lead which I didn?t think she could but I inform her of what my issue was. Once I told herwhat happened she then transferred the call to the manager. I felt like she should?ve done that in the first place but whateverI chucked it up to it being the steps she had to follow. Then the Manager began to talk with me and once she understood it was acomplaint she acted as if it was NOTHING, like is was no big deal, and proceeded to say mistakes happen as if I don?t know thatmistakes happen, but I?m Not the only complaint with hair being in their food and in the Salad to be exact. She hardly allowedme to speak as the customer to share my concerns Which I thought was very Rude, I had to ask her to let me talk because I dounderstand that mistakes happen but had she been a little nicer and professional about the matter I would?ve been willing togive this location another try. However I do have a question is there no one doing a final check on food before it?s sent out. Iknow it?s fast food but Quality is everything for me as the consumer. I was not happy about having to drive back to Zaxby?s withgas being high and for her to have a don?t care attitude made it worse. I don?t think she needs to be a Manager or she needsmore training.
