Seriously why are the current employees still working there? The drive through cashier has the worst attitude. She said the... front was ?slammed? and they had maybe 4 customers. Food was okay once we received it. Location was greatly understaffed, associates on duty were working hard but, there weren't... enough of them. Took 20-30 minutes to get our basic order. Read more
Wow, It would be more difficult to make it dirty like this than to clean it.
We walk up to the register listening to the constant complaining from staff to each other and just standing around and wait a... good 5 mins till someone acknowledged us then someone comes by and says we?ll expect another big order!! When he came up to takeour order I said well actually it?s quite a simple order 2 burgers 1 fry how much more simple can it be at least I thought!! Mysandwich was dry but ok fries a little cold but what do you expect when waiting 20 mins for your sandwiches right? Soooo getback to the truck and my boyfriends burger was so burnt it looked like a thin layer of cardboard!! Bacon same way!! Never again!Trust me when I tell you take the extra few steps if your a driver and go across the street to burgerking or the restaurant wewanted something quick and easy for lunch nothing quick about it or easy for that matter!! I waited seconds short of 10 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 sandwiches, 1 of which was a fish fillet.. the bun was soggy, and... they put MAYONNAISE on it... talk about a funky surprise when I took a bite.... what a sick joke.... ridiculous long wait,incompetent employees, nasty food.
