I feel obligated to make posts not just to advise potential customers of the service they can expect, but maybe someone in the... corporate office will see this and drive the needed change. The critical area of improvement are: - outside/inside appearance,including the bathrooms, are incredibly filthy to the point that I need new shoes from just walking on the floor. - Store cannotmaintain the basic items/upkeep that defines a convenience store (i.e., broken soda machines, limited donuts, no boxes/bags totake them home, broken cash register) - As for the pizza, it lacks the quality the once defined Casey?s. I?ll say, though, thatI?m not sure if this is specific to this store or if it?s regional. I don?t usually write reviews; however, I?m aware thatidentifying issues is essential to bringing about the needed change. Do NOT update (4 days ago) to say you're open 24x7 when you're closed temporarily.... huge sign. Doesn't say open for take out.

Sadness to see me waste 80.00... 60.00 on fuel and 20.00 inside.. Never to visit again.. Lady at the register with some kind of... morning issues.. Not even a HI or morning.. let alone a smile... When spoke to me it was like I'm 5yrs old... Not my fault yourequipment is broken.. 1 register CC machine doesn't work.. other register we must force the debit in the machine hold in itsplace and than go through all options.. good luck when doing this with one hand... Every time I'm in the mood for doughnuts I make the mistake of coming here. Empty as always. Off to Warrensburg. Half the drink... machines are out of order, as are the gas pumps. At this point calling this a convenience store is a joke. By far the worstCasey's I've been to. Read more

Nothing is ever stocked, or made. Everyone is. Ore interested in talking to customers, instead of doing their jobs. Bathrooms... are constantly disgusting, but they sure can stand around and talk.. can?t even get a breakfast sandwich in the morning, or aregular sandwich. Coffee barely made but can?t say anything. They are very attentive and friendly. Tamara is the name of the woman who helped me and embarrassed as I felt. Being as I wanted... a freshly made sub. Tamara made me feel like I'd known her before and she walked right through helping me from the bread to thecondiments. Since I'm not a huge mayo kinda girl at least on my cold cuts sandwiches. I only wanted a single squirt of mayo. Shewas on point with what would taste amazing together. Hands down that where I'm going for my next sub. Read more

Got all this new regime menu but never have to or never ready to make it. Or you want a sandwich and they are always somehow... half done with the premade cooler stuff. La Monte ain't got these problems. Need a few managers who have More of a give an F. Read more

ice coffee is out and I come in every single week day morning so they should know by now to keep it filled. but when I ask them... to fill it I either get ignored or they get an attitude about it. I usually just use a different flavor so I don?t have to bugthem but I think other customers must do that as well as all 3 other flavors are typically out as well. the manager is very rudewhen being asked questions as well. states that she has worked at Caseys for 10 years or something along those lines. as ifthat?s an excuse. I wouldn?t go here if there were ANY other option in town but there just is not. Read more
