Sunday evening 9/25/2022 around 8 pm we waited in the drive thru lane # 1 for approximately 10 minutes while 3 cars got waited... on while in the outside drive lane. We honked the horn several times and yelled into the speaker and we were NOT acknowledged atall. We backed up and got into the outside drive thru lane, finally acknowledged, and relayed our previous situation. Noapologize was given or offered. We continue to place our order and of 2 Quarter pounder value meal and after we both recited ourorder, we were informed that the restaurant was “out of quarter pounders”…the drive thru employees SHOULD HAVE GREETED USAND THEN let us know, they were out of quarter pounders BEFORE we placed our order. This restaurant has been historically slowthru the drive thru and our experience was UNACCEPTABLE for any customer! The night manager and employees should be seriouslyreviewed for their job performance last Sunday evening by the current ownership. In conclusion, we will not be going to thatMcDonald’s in the future and recommending to our friends, that they shouldn’t also, due to the extremely poor customerservice they continue to provide! In conclusion, we went to Burger King drive thru and had a great hot meal, with very minimalwait, for the ordered food to be prepared. Read more
I go there almost every day for the food.Last summer the customer service was great..today I went 2× at approx 5 pm and 7... pm. The first time the employees were yelling and screaming. Acting like The customers were an ' AFTERTHOUGHT' ............. thesecond time I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers w mustard and pickle only.They got it wrong. Still yelling and screaming. I wasasked to pull over to the side. When the Person Brought the special order I asked her to wait until I checked them.SHE wasextremely rude to me......refused to wait. And told me off. 80% of why customers eat out is for the customer service. Thestudents did good last summer but nobody gives a dm if 'schools out' since Please Improve your customer service. Hows does this place stay open? I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, I received a soggy overcooked slab of chicken, no onion... rings available but got barley warm over salted grease sticks. Ordered a bottle of water and it was room temperature..Willprobably never bother to go there again.. Read more

It's McDonald's, nuff said. ??????? Unfortunately their prices are ridiculous due to having to pay $15 on up to their employees.... For what you pay for a substandard burger here, you can sit down at a better restaurant and get a better meal for the sameprice. Read more
Update: My wife returned them and they gave us 2 more out of the same old batch,, just as bad as the first two. I usually... don't leave bad reviews. But I'll make an exception. Ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and they were both very dry and hard. They hadbeen microwaved all the icing was melted off. This has happened a few times lately. I would definitely stay away from them.Taste like cardboard with melted icing. Also attached a pic.of their Qtr. Pounder they served lately. Read more

I don't eat at McDonald's. I get tea or coffee. That's it. I refuse eat over priced garbage. That's what I would classify all... McDs as. This place however...hard time keeping employees I guess. Like everywhere. Service is down toilet. I'm not even gonnago into it. Just pitiful. One woman at window in AM if you get her good go...other than that hit and miss mostly miss. Read more
