My husband & I decided to eat here for the first time. We ate in their outdoor seating area, which is absolutely beautiful. The... service was good & our waitress was very nice. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a chicken enhcilada & a side of rice andbeans. My husband ordered a beef enchilada with a side of rice & beans. The food was very bland. The enchiladas were soft &soggy. I'm not sure if they were having an off day, but we will more than likely not be eating here again. Read more
Great food, friendly workers, comfortable atmosphere. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the amount of time for anything to... happen. Normally I would chalk it up to busy. But it wasn't, far from it. Never came for refills. 5 minutes after we got outfood was asked if we wanted to go boxes. Was to busy talking to another worker at any given opportunity. Maybe it was just theday or not sure. Maybe next time will be difficult. But still a great place. Read more
It seems like they Used to be much better... unfortunately the last few times I have went something has been wrong with the food... or something has been left out or we seem to be overcharged... the prices for some reason are often different than the timebefore and not the same as the menu. The food tastes different just about each time too. Last couple times the white cheese dipwas not so good actually either way to watery or super thick and tasted like flour. My past order, I did tell them about it andit didnt seem acknowledged but i did order it again and they mustve forgot it bc i didnt get it. I called back and told themand was put on hold for about 15 minutes before I decided to disconnect. It was approx an hour before closing so that could bewhy?? Unfortunately, I don't exactly feel like the customer is very appreciated or heard... which isndisappointing bc this usefto be our go to spot almost weekly. It has dwindled to maybe monthly and now probably not at all... the workers seem kindthough, aside from all the above and being put on hold and forgotten about like my white cheese dip.... for that and majority ofthe time the food usually being a good temperature I gave 2 stars. Probably the worst Mexican restaurant experience we?ve ever had. Took a family of 6 and a child in to dine. Started with the... hostess clearly hating her job and not friendly at all. Then the waitress was no better. The chips tasted like they came out ofa bag. The salsa and white cheese were so watery. Waitress never came back to ask how everything was once we got our food. Thefood was just as bad from being dry to other dishes being to oily! We needed more napkins but again she never came back. Then wewaited and waited for our ticket. She never came back. So we finally went to the register. I asked about not getting our ticketand was informed that if the restaurant is busy (which it was not) then the waitress will just bring it to the register! We werenever informed of that because of course our waitress NEVER CAME BACK! Giving it one star is still more than it deserved! Wouldnot recommend! Read more
I gave Mexico Lindo in Knox another shot after the last time that I was unhappy with my food and they failed miserably. The... presentation was great but no flavor, very bland. The service was great but again the food was lacking flavor. When they firstopened it was a delight, not so much now. Read more
All around terrible experience. I normally don't complain about restaurants because I've worked in multiple restaurants... But... this was EXCEPTIONALLY bad! I would not recommend this place. There were less than 10 customers in there and we waited 45minutes for our remarkably bland food. No seasoning on the food, watery salsa, no hot sauce available or offered at the table.The staff was VERY rude and did not care at all. No one stopped to check on us during our 45 minute wait for food. My dad had tostop the bus boy to get his tea refilled, the kid rolled his eyes and acted like it was a giant inconvenience. Had a decent lunch experience. The chicken fajita lunch and quesadilla veggie lunch were good. The salsa was a bit watery which... came with the chips. The beef taco was a little dry loaded with lettuce and cheese. The lunch plate is 7.95 in the menu,but thebill showed 8.95. Plus there is extra charges for using a credit card.
