Got a cheesy gordita crunch and a 5 layer burrito. Both only meat and cheese. Gordita crunch was completely only cheese and the... 5 layer burrito was just beans???? went back had them fix it. Paid extra for steak and I think there were 5 or 6 little pieces in my Gordita Crunch. The line is forever long. Always a wait... here it seems. And it was real nice of the manager to be outside the front door smoking a cigarette while they couldve used herhelp pushing orders out????!!! Had to park to go inside to get sauce and she stopped us saying, that she was closing down theinside because of the meeting they were about to have and how the employees are getting bad or some line of bs! Way to set anexample...maybe the problem isn't your employees, maybe its your bad example! End rant... Read more

Service is nothing special, but it is quick. Food is much poorer quality and somewhat smaller than usual for Taco Bell. Overall... value gets a 3/10, service 6/10, quality 2/10, and portion size 4/10 (the Taco Bell on US30 in Valpo gets 6, 8, 7, and 7respectively) Read more

This is the 2nd time I stopped there & the 2nd time that I left with no food because the employees don't acknowledge you. I... don't pay with a card at fast food places. I want a real person to wait on me. I doubt if I stop there again. Read more

I asked for hot sauce. She said there was hot sauce in the bag. There was no hot sauce in the bag. There was mild, but mild... sauce and hot sauce are different. Its right in the name. Hot. Mild. They are not interchangeable. Also, if one asks for no ice,i just feel like the drink should still fill to the same line as if it had ice. but when i get no ice, they always leave like 2inches of the cup empty. just fill the cup and let me have those few extra sips that i sacrifice having a cold drink for thefood usually slaps but looks like someone threw it together while jumping on a trampoline. i'm going to backtrack to the saucething because otherwise i might leave a 3 star rating. but it's only 2 because i can't forgive someone who looks me dead in theeyes and says "i checked and there is hot sauce in the bag" while letting me thank them and drive away with only mild sauce. ihope your pillow is hot on both sides for that one. Here the thing...I think they have used the whole COVID excuse long enough. Over the years many problems. MANY. This past year... really has be the worst ever. No breakfast menu for drive thru...I don't know why...girl said it's inside but not open to go inthat early so I'm confused abt breakfast burritos and how I'm suppose to know what to order. Really...every single day they areout of something, tomatoes.. lettuce... Chicken...pop...I mean I can't even make it up. When they're out (daily) their is NOdiscount ...no freebie...you the customer pays full price and gets shafted. Just wondering when as a community people willrealize their being taken cleaners and say no more. I've heard all the excuses...it's the manager not ordering enough...thecompany is shorting us...their is a shortage. Their is a darn supermarket in same parking lot. Take a 100 bucks out that drawergo to supermarket buy what you are out of and put the receipt in drawer. Its completely ridiculous. In fact one employee saidthey were told they had buy it out of their own pocket and it may or may not be refunded. I'm just over this place as well.Owner needs find a new manager or close it. 6/14/2022 6:30pm cst went through drive through to order. Was told they are only accepting cash and had to be exact amount.... Afternoon manager and drive through employee walked outside like they wanted confrontation after I stated they might want topost a sign before people pulled in to order. Last 12 months has been card only. Said can't post sign its against companypolicy. Employees had terrible attitude and terrible customer service. I won't be back. This place will probably close soondue to bad management and service. Read more
