Good food, good people... call in your order and go pick-it up
I called for a pizza at 7:20 pm. I was assured it would be delivered in 30-40 mins. I live a block and a half away. I called... again at 8:20 to see what was going on. The girl said "it's out for delivery with three other orders". I asked if it was goingto be hot. Her response was non-committal and she said "sorry". The pizza arrived at 8:45. the young man was courteous. Ichecked and the pizza was cold. I asked the delivery driver to check it as well "there's not much warmth" was his reply. I paidand tipped him. After reheating it in the microwave, the pizza was ok. Very bad first experience. I will order again but if it'sa similar experience, It will be my last order. Read more
All three experiences ordering food have been terrible. Manager and workers are incompetent, rude and lie about orders not being... made or delivered. Delivery boy was very nice and apologized for poor service. Read more

Serive was awful . waited over an hour and my food still wasnt ready. I was rold 4 times while I waited just 10 more minutes.... When I said i wanted a refund they said well your food is coming if you would just be patient. I told them i was and wanted mymoney back now. They refunded my money but that was not the point, I was told 20 minutes and waited well over an hour past mytime I was told. There were 8 people working in the kitchen as well so they were not short on employees. I like Fox's pizza butwill avoid this location next time Read more
The people who work there did not have gloves on they were rubbing there hands on their pants then put their hands in the... toppings and putting it on pizza. The man that was in there waiting for his pizza said they should of had hair nets on andaprons. Read more
Customer service is terrible, employees are rude and are very nasty!! I ordered my food and took a hour to get it and nobody was... nice about it....they kept saying they were so busy...well not sure I'll go back to this place.....food wasn't good either!! Read more
Wanting to try toasted subs for a while now! Finally ordered some for lunch today! Both sandwiches had no cheese on them and I... asked for toppings on the side and they were placed on the sandwich. I paid 18 bucks for soggy bread and dry meat. Hope theydon't do this to anyone else. Really ruins ???? Read more
