They were swamped at the drive thru which required a wait fior food insde the dinning room. *which they warned ys upfront)They... kept their cool and their customer srvc never wavered. My husband and I did the drive thru for breakfast. He ordered a sausage and egg biscuit combo. I had a ham croissant and drink.... There was a short wait, but not too bad. Our food was wonderful!! Best eggs on a sandwich we have experienced there in 10 yrs!!The employee at the window was very pleasant and cheerful and our order was perfect!! The employees working did an excellentjob!! Order was a B.E.C biscuit with tots and bottle OJ A Breakfast platter small coke. A loaded omelet biscuit with small diet... coke. Order took 15 minutes to get. In lobby to go. staff had to bag Order after making it to stay. Staff were very slow. Cookwas wearing no gloves or utensils other than grill spatula. Other assisting person was wearing gloves. Very unhappy with thewait and hygiene practice here substandard for sure. Save yourself time and pass by for mcdonalds across the street or the nexttown. Read more
I just want to give a shout out to the Knoxville Iowa Hardee?s employee and the managers! I haven?t ate there since probably... February, when I received the worst biscuits I had ever had?. Today we decided to give it another try, as I had been seeingposts on here about things getting better. The food was AMAZING! I had seen a commercial about their new Primal burger so during my lunch break today I stopped by the drive through (about... 1:45ish on 6/28/22) and ordered the Primal burger as a large meal ($13.25) after a bit of a wait I finally received my food and,as I was running short of time to get back to work, come to find out what I got was the ham and cheese meal... The staff was great. I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger and it was great. The lettuce was fresh which added to the overall... great taste of the charboiled burger. Would highly recommend especially if you want a low carb selection. Read more
We dined in. We ordered 3 sandwiches. They were all burnt and crispy. The buns were black. The guy in the kitchen wasn?t wearing... gloves and was handling the bacon. They ignored us when we were waiting at the counter for condiments. A lady brought our trayout to us and dropped it on the table and my fries all fell out on the booth and floor. She just turned around and walked away.Didn?t even say anything. For 3 people, our meals were almost $40 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Honestly, it was aterrible experience and a waste of money.
