This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They've screwed up my order every time I go there. I have kids who want... McDonald's, and this is the only one around... Constantly missing items, itams made incorrectly and poor response from staff...The person this morning didn't even look at me when giving my food, she was too worried about people getting into a car on theother side of the parking lot... Whoever manages this needs to make sure that old food gets thrown away. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe I ordered tasted an old shoe... (hard to bite through), after 2 bites I decided to take it off the burger and give it to my dog. The fries were fried in old oiland also didn't taste very fresh. Since the drive thru was busy decided to eat inside. What a total MISTAKE!!! Stool there over 5 minutes watching them work on... drive thru orders never even acknowledged our presence. Then almost 10 more minutes until our cold, dry un McDonalds meals wereready. Basically stay in the car if you want anything from this store!!!! Read more
This location is a hit or miss! As I come here a few times a week. Most the time though they always forget something in my... order, fries are too burnt, chicken nuggets aren't cooked all the way through, I never get napkins in my bag, never a warmwelcome either at the windows. I know they're extremely busy but you have one job. I'm always disappointed. Also extremelyrushed out of the way before I have to turn around and come back so they can correct it. Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder, no onions, no mayo, McNuggets and fries. The fries were old / hard, the nuggets were hard. The... quarter pounder was missing the lettuce, tomatoes but had extra onions and a weird taste to it. To make matters worse the foodwas cold!!! Literally the worst McDonald?s!!! Any time you go expect to wait 25 minutes. They park you every single time. Forget about you... or give your food to someone else. Horrible customer service, Soggy food, flat drinks. The list could keep going but if you?refrom Brunswick than you are already aware. Excellent! Most consistant chain world wide. 2x quarter pounder tasted fantastic. Although a little too well done (edges were... pressed down hard and a pinch chared)... it is at least fresh now! They are using thinner patties and im assuming to cook themfaster and thorough. I liked the old fatty ones that were thicker. It does effect the taste. Soda was just ok as thecarbonation was gone in 10min... that could just be the mix that day. And the fries were OK. I did order a fudge sunday and itdid have hot fudge but the kid overflowed it and turned it into soup. Had to discard some of it. Although it sounds like Ididnt like it... it was actually a tasty meal today. I just notice everything and report. It is better than many DC shops andthe workers are extreemly helpful and courteous. This is the third night that I have gone to this McDonald?s sometime between 2 and 3 AM and they are not open. At least updated... online so I?m not wasting an additional 20 minutes to go out of my way to try and get some food. I would also like to note thatthey told me they were serving breakfast at 2:45 AM in the past and that is entirely incorrect but I guess the general rule formost McDonald?s doesn?t apply to this one Read more
