I LOVE Anaba's food. I always discover a delicious fish I didn't think I would enjoy eating. Today our server was also very... attentive and knowledgeable. I also usually don't have to wait long for the food to come out. I have to gripe about thecleanliness every time I go though... I can't get past the fact that I always seem to get a dirty spoon or soy sauce tray, andthe bathrooms really need a good cleaning along with other high touch surfaces such as doors and tables. Often times, people are keen on their server repeatedly visiting their table to feel like they're being waited ob, but I find I... prefer less interaction with my server if Im wanting a meal to go with my drinks after work. We came in Sunday and therestaurant was mostly empty so it was evident with a glance if we required assistance. The kitsune udon was as expected, thoughI was a little regretful I didn't opt for sushi after hearing the waitress recommend it to a gentleman that came in as we werefinishing out meals and drinks. This place had great food so we used to go there often. After the pandemic we started ordering online and that's something you... should never do. They will make sure they will miss at least one of the items in the order like soup, curry in katsu curry ( 2out of 3 times). Once they even took the online order when the restaurant was closed and when I went for pickup no one wasthere. Today I ordered four items including a Salmon Collar and they missed the Salmon Collar (which apparently was not theretoday). It was fine if they had noticed that and told us about it but they just charged us for the item without giving the food(which they will refund btw). I checked at my parking to when I realized one of the item looks missing and had to go back andask them before they realized the food was not even available, are you serious? we ordered tonkotsu ramen, tuna,salmon and eel nigiri, rainbow roll, and philly roll tonight. Overall, great food, decent price... and nice staff. Only thing is you need to ask them to serve you for wasabi and ginger which normally come with your sushi order. Read more

Fantastic, authentic food. Calamari was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Pot stickers melted in your mouth and served sizzling... hot making a nice crisp to the homemade pasta shells. Miso soup was flavorful and green tea was perfection. They also have agreat happy hour. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely return. Read more

This was our first time ever eating at Anaba and we were impressed! We had the crunchy crab, crunchy eel, samurai, happy tummy,... & volcano rolls! My favorites were the samurai and happy tummy! The samurai was beautiful and very artistic. I almost didn?twant to eat it it was so pretty. The happy tummy melts in your mouth with the fried shrimp on top dipped in eel sauce and spicyMayo.
