Ribs were actually perfect. Cooked as well as any I?ve had, and the dry rub they used was perfect mix of spice sweet and smoke.

I was really underwhelmed by the pork plate. It was at dinner so the meat may not be as fresh, but I still though it was rather... dry and lacking flavor. The sides (beans and mac) were decent, but really nothing special about it would make me remember thatit was Archers. I also tried all 6 sauces, looking for one that I would really like and I could not find one that had somedecent flavor (all of them were also as thin as the vinegar one). A couple had some spice, but it was all spice and no flavor(the Carolina mustard came closest). Decent enough, but I would not go out of my way again. Read more
Excellent BBQ at excellent prices. Seriously, their smoking process produces so much flavor. And what I love best is that they... don't drench their meats in sauce. Nope! The pulled pork and chicken were naked, which is what I always prefer. I added littledabs of sauce here and there, and the sauces were extremely tasty, but they didn't overpower the flavor of the meat. Also, thesides were top-notch.
