Overpriced. Always a long line. I've gone twice this week. One time was decent. The other time yielded stale, old, over slated... fries and chicken tenders thinner than my thumb with a rock hard biscuit. Never tried them before this week and now having triedthem twice, I can 100% say it isn't worth. This location offers no consistency in food and the company charging 17.44 for fourbiscuits is far too rich for my blood. Read more
Would give no star if possible. The lady working the front was rude and had no desire to help with making orders. After I asked... about our food she flipped me off. She then walked outside, smoked a cigarette and came back in, without washing hands orwearing gloves she went right to making food bare handed. I asked her to please wash her hands. She told me she uses tongs anddoesn?t need to and flipped me off again. Management has no control of anything in this store. By far the WORST bojangles I?veever been too. Read more
Ordered 3 wing and two thighs with french fries and a coke. Got back to work and opened box, it had 1 leg 1 thigh green beans... and mac and cheese. Tried calling the store and the phone is not working. Ate what they gave me and it was like last nightsleft overs. Normally good when I go there. We went through the drive thru at 3pm. There was 2 vehicles in front of us. It took awhile to even place our order. We sat in... the line at least 20 minutes. When we finally pulled up and sat another 10min and realized the first car was parked in front andhad to wait on their food, we pulled off. We weren't told that there was going to be a long wait or anything. So we went toPopeye's across the street. Which was way more expensive. So Taco Bell we went. Happy to have good cheap food in our belly, moremoney in our pockets and home by dark. Read more
Worst ran Bojangles I?ve ever been to by far. Tried to go in because the line was wrapped around the building and found that the... door was locked, at 9:05 AM! The order was wrong not once but twice, and the food was all cold. I cannot recommend enough thatyou avoid this location. Edit: I returned a week later and it was just as bad if not worse. This person waited in line for over15 minutes without having their order taken after being told just one moment by the cashier. At least 8 cars left the line andwent elsewhere before I gave up. Sign says dining room open. Door locked. Waited at drive thru speaker several minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there.... Simple order. 4 steak biscuits. Guy repeated back 4 steak biscuits and total. Get 30 minutes up the road to home. Apparentlythey don't know the difference in steak and sausage. Customer service number is even more useless. The food was great actually. Only issue was long light colored curly hair in the bo rounds. I tried to call the restaurant with... # here & on receipt (same #). No answer. Not for anything free but to say hey, this happened with 2 individual hairs. So youmight want to talk to your staff and correct it. This is the only way to let ya know since I?m 30 miles away now. The absolute slowest & worst service of any Bojangles I've been too! Cashier only took one order at a time on front. Then she... filled the order herself while line grew to 5 customers. We stood in front of line for over 5 minutes without beingacknowledged. We even asked how long before we'd get serviced & were completely ignored. 2 customers in line left while wewaited. My wife & I would've also left but my wife is diabetic and needed something to eat asap. We had to take the order to gobecause it took so long & we had an appointment. After driving a few miles, I decided to eat a steak biscuit. That's when Idiscovered my sweet tea was unsweet and the steak had been sitting for hours.
