We have a running joke in our office that this is ?crack chicken? because we are all so addicted to the chicken from here. We?ve... ordered everything from catering to the dining in and just. My go to is the grilled chicken with their spinach salad. Nothingbeats dipping the chicken in their delicious poppyseed dressing. It?s also always so fresh and consistent. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I have not been in a few years and was hoping it was still as good as I remembered. I... was not disappointed. Salmon burger, spinach salad and jalapeño corn casserole were stupendous. Casual lunch spot. Eat insideor outside. I will be thinking about how good it was all the way back to Cincinnati. Read more
Stopped by, as it is near our office in Knoxville, and i was leaving heading back to Johnson City (where we need one of these,... btw). Hadn't been here before, but was impressed with the workers and the whole atmosphere. There was a little wait as i didgo at lunch time, but the food was delicious. Highly recommend. I got mine to go, since it was lunch and they were very busy.Only question i have is, the logo says food with a purpose. What is the purpose? There was nothing stating what the purposewas, (do you give to charity, do you make the food to serve others) only it was food with a purpose. Granted, i was unable togo to the website at the time, so maybe it's on there? Hang on, and I'll check..... Ok, so it's all about delivering simpleand healthy food, apparently with a bigger emphasis on catering. Love the food at Brown bag. Conveniently located on the exit of Schaffer road on I-162. The place is very nice and clean with... friendly staff. Very delicious and healthy choices except chips. The food quality is great and hence makes it worth the money.Definitwly a good place for lunch and also for dinner if you eat early or can pick up your food since thye close at 7 pm. Read more

You see a place called brown bag, you decide to eat lunch at this place... that literally and specifically caters to people who want to eat lunch, you walk in, you say ?hello I?d like to order lunch? thecashier then tells you that since it?s after 2pm you cannot order lunch, instead you must order 25 lunches. they have no lunchesfor sale. Unless you buy 25 lunches. Make sense? They will sell you lunch, unless it?s past an arbitrary time in which youcannot buy lunch, you must buy 25 lunches at the place that literally and specifically caters to people eating lunch..
