Never going to chipotle again, used to be one of my absolutely favorite places to go but now the prices and extra charges are... absolutely ridiculous. Just paid $44 for 2 bowls. 1 scoop of guac is almost $3 an extra spoon of steak in a bowl is almost $6.And their quality of food has gone down significantly. Chipotle has lost my business and a few years ago they were my absolutefavorite. Completely unaffordable now. Used to pay $25 for these two bowls. Read more

Absolutely filthy!! The trash cans were over flowing, drink station was sticky, there was food, napkins and spills all over the... floor. Food covered the tables and counters. There was no trash can outside where the trash can place is. The grill was coveredin burned food. It was really sad. This place use to be so clean and nice to eat at. I?m so disappointed in this chipotle. I had just moved to the area and I gave them 3 tries and the service got worse. I?ve gone... inside and done mobile ordering and each time I am disappointed. The food is ALWAYS cold. Its like the grabbed my food straightout of the refrigerator. The portions are very small, so be sure to ask for extra and hope you don?t get charged. The guac cupis never full and ?we pay extra for that?. The workers are not friendly, it reminds me of a frat? lol. And they close the lineand do mobile orders at night. They also charged me for a chicken bowl and I got veggie. They are careless? and it all has to dowith the management?. It?s very poor. So sorry I didn?t have one nice thing to say. We got there at 5:30 and were second in line. They ran out of brown rice but didn?t realize until we asked so we had to wait for... them to make more. It didn?t take too long but it seems like they should have food prepared for the beginning of people comingin for dinner. They were also very stingy with everything we asked to be put into our bowls. They didn?t give a normal portionof rice so we asked for a little more, got a tiny scoop more and then we were charged for double for rice. They did give a goodportion of chicken. However, they gave us a tiny scoop of salsa, queso, a little bit of cheese and tiny bit of lettuce. We hadto keep asking them for a little more because they weren?t giving us the amounts other Chipotle?s do. It seemed to just be abunch of high school kids who maybe weren?t trained with how much of each food to give out. We ended up spending 15 minutesthere for 3 bowls. It was very slow. Overall I don?t recommend coming here. It seems like all the Knoxville Chipotle?s aren?tvery good based on the reviews of the others as well. It?s disappointing because Chipotle is good food but it?s not worth cominghere and being charged regular prices for small portions. Read more
I love Chipotle and I feel bad for the poor review. I assume they are understaffed. The dining room was a complete mess all the... tables were covered in food and trash with no one sitting there. One poor guy was building all orders and having to run thecashier. One person was making Salas one guy was operating the to go section. It was a Saturday afternoon so foot traffic wassteady and just an unfortunate experience I hope they can get some help in there. Read more
Very disappointing. I?m not sure what has happened to this location specially over the last year (cedar bluff is somewhat... better) but I decided to go back after 6 months to see if maybe it improved. Again I was very disappointed. I ordered deliveryand received a half filled burrito bowl with a top lazily placed on top. It was mostly rice in my bowl, maybe 8 pieces ofsteak(if you count the small chunks as a piece), a small toss of corn and sprinkle of cheese. I can scrape all the food to oneside of the bowl and it barely reaches the top of the bowl. I understand reducing portions sizes but this is not even a fullbowl that I paid for. I know this isn?t every location as I?ve been to other locations this year including out of state thatserve the normal heaping bowl people rave about. But this quality is truly disappointing.
