This was at the mall just not the same as stand alone restaurant. No chip with meal and portions seemed smaller.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHIPOTLE. RAW CHICKEN WAS SERVED. Yesterday 10/30 my husband and I went to chipotle for lunch. I ordered a... chicken quesadilla and he ordered a chicken bowl. They ran out of chicken for my husband?s bowl, so we waited for more. Theworker put the chicken in the bowl and said discreetly that?s raw chicken. So he remade the bowl. We go to sit down and eat. Irealize my chicken quesadilla was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese was still cold. Then my husband says that there is rawchicken in his bowl. We go up to the front to speak to a manager, they asked if we wanted it remade. I demanded for a refund.And they did nothing for the rest of the people in line. They did not check to see if the chicken was still raw that they wereserving. I am very disappointed. Read more

After having terrible service at the Turkey Creek location, I thought I would try here. I was hoping this would be better to... realize no. It's the same. Its lunch time and low on all items. I asked when they would replenish the streak? The young ladysaid 5 mins and rolled her eyes. I understand it is hard to find people to work . Food is good; Employees are very impersonal. My wife and I stood waiting for someone to come greet us and take our order while... the employees finished whatever tasks they were working on; without letting us know they were busy nor expressing that theywould be with us in a moment. Every chipotle I have ever been too has amazing quality and service. This one was no different. I love how the service here is... quick and efficient. How the food is in biodegradable containers, and how the food is sustainable and fresh. I love theminimalistic aspects of every chipotle store and I call them," the apple stores of the fast food industry". The food is alwaysdelicious with every bite and is consistent throughout their brand. I absolutely love chipotle it is definitely one of myfavorites and I will always eat at their chain of restraunts. Highly recommend:) Read more
