Well for starters it was literally 65 degrees out and our server looked like he just got done running a marathon he was sweating... so much...not to mention his pinpoint pupils..so yeah! The steak was over cooked and didn't really taste like normal steak. Thecorn was worse than cafeteria corn at Knox county schools. The potatoes were so bland, no salt, no butter just meh... The onlything from our order that wasn't bad was the French toast and bacon. Then again it's kinda hard to screw that up. Long storyshort probably not gonna give this location another shot. This location has let us down yet again. We've ordered to-go the last few times and the food has tasted terrible across the... board. This time the gravy was watered down and the hash brown casserole tasted burnt and plastic-like. Understand that they'realways busy and understaffed most likely, but still. Dine-in only! Read more

I had family in Park West Hospital a few weeks back, and my uncle wanted to go to Cracker Barrell as we were heading home. We... arrived just after 3pm, so we definitely didn't have to mess with the usual CB crowds. My uncle has a serious illness and it ona walker, however, we often us a wheelchair also, as he is extremely slow. Well, first thing we encountered was very littlespace for a wheelchair (somewhat typical of most Cracker Barrels). I thought we were going to knock down a few displays on theway to the restroom. He needed to change his depends, so this was an adventure. The restroom definitely isn't handicappedfriendly, and there is no handicapped stall. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and thank goodness, not a soul came inwhile we were doing it. We made it to the host stand, and the cashier said, they will be with you in a few minutes. I think westood there for 5 minutes. I mentioned the bathroom and the cashier said, "that's corporate for you. This is the first CrackerBarrel, and they won't update it." That explained a lot, as it felt very dingy and small, and somewhat like it was in 'thehood,' not to be disrespectful. The host finally came and apologized, as they had just cut a few servers, and she didn't havemany on (which I do understand, as I've been in the biz). Our server Sarah was kind and efficient, so at least that went well. I ordered water, and their water is absolutely nasty for my taste. My uncle even thought so. I had to order a soda, as theircity water just didn't taste right at all. Overall, this just wasn't a pleasant experience, especially in a wheelchair, and itwon't be on our list the next time we are in the area. Read more

Ordered Curbside to go...got the food came back.....missing items. Darn. Called and they offered to correct and to come back. ... Fine. I come back and.....the Mac n cheese that we got the first time around was burnt, the one we got second timearound.....still burnt. They forgot my kids milks.....the meatloaf dinners we ordered looked fine except one meatloaf wasliterally half the size of the other. Such a terrible attention to detail. Won't be coming back to this location. Read more

Enjoyed breakfast here. Great place to take the family. Super casual so definitely good for little ones. The service was... good. Not too efficient on plating, many items came o. Their own plate but it was a big plate and only partly used. All theextra plates made the table very crowded. Read more

I placed a curbside order. I checked in when I arrived at 6:48pm when my order was suppose to be ready. Figured maybe 5 to 10... min wait when I arrived. After checking in twice I went inside. I was ignored by the cashier. Then the to go guy came out and Iasked him. He said it was being bagged up. After 10 mins I asked the cashier to check. She told me to hold on and then stated itwas being bagged up. Her friends came in ( no guest at the cashier station) so I asked her again after about 5 mins or so "Ma'amcan you please check on my to go order again ?" She walked off and came back out and said here and handed me my order and walkedoff. So then I decided to check my order. I ordered a Coke Cola Cake (my favorite) and see the pic that is what I got and no icecream. So I asked the host who was on her phone can I speak to a manager. She rolled her eyes and said yeah one sec. Managercame out and I asked him does the cake still come with ice cream and did the size change. He had no care and said no that's justwhat was left the end piece. He did get me another and with the ice cream. Their was no apology no care. Then when I got home Ihad to re heat all the food. And the onion I requested was in a plastic bag with butter and plastic ware. That is gross. All thehands that has touched the butter and plastic ware was bagged with side of onion. I understand being busy but it wasn't thatbusy and employees on their phones and talking with their friends shows just how busy it wasn't. The stars on their aprons Ithought meant they have succeeded to next level with Cracker Barrel but guess not anymore. Worse experience ever. I will notever go back. I finally left at 7:20pm. Read more
