Farragut Domino's just needs to shut their doors. Sat at the pick up window for almost 10 minutes. No other customers inside.... Three people working. I finally went in. So did the customers waiting behind. The guy said "we didn't hear the drive thru".Yeah, really? You could barely hear what I was saying when I came in because the TV was so loud I could barely hear myself. Iwill be contacting corporate. They need 'adults' in this location. Horrible! Read more
I'm seeing a big difference in the quality and amount I get of food from the Farragut location. Even if I pay for more meat,... cheese, etc, I get the amount I used to get with a regular order. Also, I ordered online for delivery recently and my order wascancelled because they didn't have a delivery driver. Definitely going downhill. Read more
Farragut's location still needs to work on their customer service skills. I wish I had checked my pizza AGAIN before I left.... Missing cheese and sauce on the one I got last night. Not sure what's going on at this location but I'm wondering if maybeDomino's wants to consider transfer of ownership or management. I've been coming here for years. Yesterday was the second time I got pizza and sandwich from this location which wasn't edible. Both things were overcooked and... burnt. Sandwich didn't even have all the items that goes on that sandwich. Kids who love pizza didn't even want to finish oneslice. I will be going to Papa John or Marcos from now on. Read more
AVOID THIS LOCATION! SLOW AND RUDE! Last three times we have ordered, IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS to get our order. Each time we called... to see why we were treated very rudely by staff and told we needed to understand they were very busy. No apology and veryself-righteous. Once was asked by manager when I told him our pizza was cold, "Well, what do you want me to do about it? I couldmake you another one; but you wont get it for a while." No problem. Ordered pizza on line for pick up, time given for pick up was 6:05. Arrived at 6:05 and was told another hour and a half. Ask3d... for a refund and was given a hard time by both an employee and manager. Finally told I will get my refund in 2 to 3 days..Nothing yet. Customer service here is terrible. Won't return, the pizza here isn't worth that. Read more
