The food was great, however there didn't seem to be many non-spicy dishes that were appetizing or filling. Service left... something to be desired as well. There were only three tables seated on our side of the restaurant, but it took over 15 minutesfor our server to take our order, and another 15 minutes after he brought our to-go boxes before we got the check. Once, long ago, there existed a location in Tallahassee. Sadly, it went out and I have to go to either Melbourne or this... location. This was my third time visiting this location in about eight years and this was by far my best experience. The salsawas as amazing as I remember. Kids had: kid tacos, kid enchilada, and my other son, the chicken fajita tacos. My avocadoenchiladas were absolutely awesome - great balance of flavors. Rice and beans solid and the prices reasonable too. We were allvery pleased. Hoping it can hang in there so we can visit again. Everything, including the service, is fabulous!! Locally owned, I think, and operated, this Mexican restaurant is one of my... favorites! Specifically, I love ordering the brisket tacos... now, they have ?NEW? ones on the menu that I don?t like as muchso I get the ?old fashion? ones!! Fried corn tortillas with only brisket and cheese in them with a side of fire sauce on theside to dip my tacos in ? SO GOOD!!! My friend didn?t care for the salsa as much as I did, but that?s okay!! Food was ok, drinks had little to no alcohol( and yes they were alcoholic drinks), and the server was HORRIBLE. Whomever said... this place has great service must not have had this guy. He paid more attention to the other guest then our table, never checkedon us to see if we needed anything, asked a question then walked away while it was being answered, and tossed the check on thetable without asking if we were done.
