Mind blown, so bomb!!! Born and raised in Central California, moved to Knoxville a year ago. We\'ve been searching for really... good authentic Mexican food for a year, and this awesome hole in the wall DELIVERED! We had asada street tacos and added sourcream and SHREDDED cheese (gtfo with the queso stuff). The corn tortillas were so fresh, you could tell they were handmade. Theasada was seasoned to perfection, and the variety of mild, medium, and spicy salsa was great and so tasty! Service was friendlyand fast. I will say that that the lady who took our order was very nice. However... I ordered street tacos, the meat was dry, they limes... were so dry that they flaked apart when I tried to squeeze them. Then our chips were stale, and the cheese dip tasted like itwas tostitos from a microwave. The rice was cold and had no flavor. And the portions were small, even for takeout. Sorry, I dontreally recommend this place. Read more

I haven\'t had good arroz con pollo since leaving North Carolina, El Ranchero express changed that. The service was top notch,... the staff was extremely friendly and the food was out of this world amazing. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for such apleasant experience! Read more

I have been here a couple times now and both times I\'ve had the burritos rancheros. The food is amazing the beans and rice... taste like they\'re from scratch and I\'m not sure why this place isn\'t busier than I\'ve seen it. It\'s awesome. I would saythe only downside is there\'s only outdoor seating. Read more
