Oh my, another great Google find! I searched for "best spaghetti" and this awesome little restaurant came up No 1. We were... not disappointed as our entrees exceeded expectations! First of all, the garlic cheese bread, sitting in a sea of meltedbutter, with parmesan cheese is to die for! I chose the lunch portion of spaghetti and meatballs and it was perfect. Aflavorful blending of seasonings in the sauce along with a generous, tasty meatball. Hubby had the baked lasagna and expresseddelight in the portion and taste. It was accompanied by a nice salad. The cab wine paired well with the entrees. Just wishwe'd had room for dessert! We must definitely return to try the homemade tiramisu. (which we have had, and it's INCREDIBLE!) Very high quality pizza in a variety of traditional styles. They have the best grandma's pizza in town for many years running... now. Prices can be a little high if you want to add a few toppings but for the obvious jump in quality compared to theircompetitors I'm happy to pay. The servings are also gargantuan so one pizza is easily 3-4 meals for one person. Read more

Amazing restaurant! Food was a 10/10 and Service was 10/10. The server was happy, very clean, and very pleasant to be around. We... ordered a whole pizza with 2 topping and 2 side salads. On the salads everything tasted fresh and clean, and the pizza wasgreat, no shortcuts or cheap ingredients here. Will definitely be going again. This place absolutely makes authentic NY style pizza. I am from New York and only moved here rather recently. I have been... enjoying NY pizza in NY most of my life. These guys make the real thing, and do so really well. The pizza is top notch. It'sbetter than a lot of places back home. I have also dined in and enjoyed their other offerings immensely. I am fortunate to liveso close by, too. The prices are also reasonable and the staff are friendly. This place is sure to be a definite win for anyonewho tries it. My kids LOVE this place. They went one night with grandma (my mother-in-law) and my husband while I was working late and they... kept telling me how much they loved it and I needed to go. So, when it was time to choose where they wanted to go (they pickthe restaurant on their birthday each year) - off to Gavino's we went! They were so excited and they both got the kids Alfredo. I got the scallop and shrimp dish and my husband got a chicken dish. I tried my kid's noodles and the Alfredo was really good. It wasn't too thick and overwhelmingly buttery like some Alfredo I have had before. It was more light and creamy. My scallopand shrimp was okay. I preferred the Alfredo to the sauce on my dish so I will have to get a shrimp Alfredo or something nexttime but we will definitely be back. It's a little pricey but my kids are still raving about it and want to go back again! They like the menus and how they get a little box with more colors of crayons when they go too. It gives them something to dowhich is nice. (Many restaurants got rid of kid menus and crayons which was disappointing because I want my kids to play and dothings with each other / we don't do electronics when we go out. To combat this I bring pens with me where ever we go and theyoften make up their own games or puzzles with napkins provided.) Read more
