I'm not sure what is going on with this place because the first time we loved. Not this time. We had some kid service us we he... never cleared are dishes even though the place was empty and there was no reason for it. The food started out good with thebreadsticks and the sauce that came with it that was delicious. Then we got calamari that turned out to be Frozen and chewy halfof a plate even though it costed us $12 not worth it. Did my husband got a calzone with no flavor and I got the eggplant withwater down tomato sauce and chewy spaghetti the eggplant tasted old like it was refried or something no flavor. When my husbandtold the kid that my food was terrible the manager couldn't even bother to come over to my table even though we were tablenumber three in the whole restaurant. When I went to go pay they asked me how long it was still I told them it was just okay noone came to talk to me. With the way food prices being so high it's a luxury to go out to eat so I am disappointed that wewasted our money on this place. I completely understand now why there is no customers. Read more

I love the food at gondolier! You can pick from a good variety of Italian and Greek dishes, pizza of course, and some American... dishes as well. The portion sizes for entrees are big, and the bread sticks are great. Don't forget all the amazing dessertsmade in house! The Cannolis are irresistible. Read more

Ordered the same dishes 3 times. Paid 3 different prices. 2 of the 3 times was served a different sauce with appetizer. When I... asked for the sauce I received the first time I was told I would need to pay extra for it. The first time we received no breadwith our pasta. On the 3rd order we were told if we wanted bread we couldn?t get the Caesar salad which is supposed to come withthe meal. What Italian restaurant does not serve bread??? One time when placing order over phone order taker didn?t know whateggplant parm was? Place is a disaster. Find somewhere else to eat. Read more

The service was terrible. They messed up my order and they were just all over the place. They seemed lost. The dishes they gave... me were nasty, and stained. My food took forever to even come out of the kitchen. I didn't like the food, I requested that theytake it off the my bill but the manager claimed I just wanted to get off by not paying the bill. Since I didn't eat the food, Iwas angry that I had to pay for it, and the manager was incredibly rude to me as well. I will not eat at this Gondolier everagain. Read more

Amazing place! Very reasonable and huge portions. We had 2 portions of the 'Tour of Italy' and could have split one! The... waitress was very friendly and responsive. We will for sure be back. We didn't try the desserts as we were taking half of ourfood home anyway, but the cakes in the display look to die for. Read more

This was my 1st time going to one of my friends favorite Italian restaurants. I can completely understand why he would love this... place.... the food. I will start with that 1st. As a person that doesn't like to eat out much, I was pleased with my mealchoice: EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA. It's was cooked to PERFECTION. The eggplant's batter was crispy with every bite of sauce andmozzarella. My friend had the veal. It was so tender and crispy just like my eggplant. The Cesar Salads were a complementaryside along with the homemade bread sticks. (BTW ... I found them way better than Olive Garden because of the freshness) Theportions were huge.... I had to take home a doggie bag. (Pictured) I prefer to eat at home for cleanliness sake. This is thereason why I rated a 3/5? The menus had spattered marinara sauce on them. The booth that we set in had bread crumbs on theseats. Even the bathroom was ???? There was a step ladder in front of the sink. I definitely didn't feel like I was in asanitized environment. But I will end with this.... The restaurant felt more like being at someone's grandma's house. If thatis the feel you enjoy while dining out, then this is your place???? Read more
