At 5:20 am EST, I went through the drive through to get an order. After waiting for 20 MINUTES with no answer over the radio I... pull around the store and see the laziness of their workers just sitting in the lobby doing nothing, even making eye contactwith me. Ended up leaving without ordering, i'll take my buissiness elsewhere if your workers don't want to do their jobs. Read more

Hardee's is one of my potty stop destinations when we're traveling because it's a fast, easy in and out. Do we eat there or at... any Hardee's? Not usually. Why? Because everything offered at any Hardee's is so greasy you could open your own personal oilrefinery and refine your own gasoline. That's why. They need to take more care in the way they prepare and serve food. Read more

Food was kinda cold. Maybe the warmer temp needs to increase. Plus employees are taking up multiple parking spots with thier... cars. They don't seem to care at this location. Customer service is lacking. They don't sound like they enjoy being there. Read more

August 20, 2022 around 10am I placed an order in drive thru at Halls location for 4 gravy biscuits, 2 steak biscuits, 2 butter... biscuits, paid, get the food. I glanced at the receipt and it did not show the advertised price of the sign in the window ofthe different items for 2 for $5. I attached the picture to this. I waited for the employee to come back to the window and saidthis charged me wrong and not the sale price. She said I have already cashed it out. I said I need a refund for the differenceor refund and re-ring at correct price. She said she could not do that. The only way to get a refund was give the food back. Isaid fine. I said I cannot believe you will give me a refund but not re-ring at correct price so I can pay for my order. Shesaid you have to tell us before we cash it out. I said I have to tell you what the sign says? The sign is not a coupon. Thenanother employee says she called the DL and said that next time I have to tell them first. I said don't worry there won't be anext time. This is ridiculous. When I asked for a manager to correct, she said she is the manager, and again, you won't givea refund and re-ring so I can pay correct price. The 2 employees were rude and idiotic in their behavior. Wasted $28 in foodto throw away instead of re-ringing at correct price. Would have been about $8 difference. I know Hardee's will not doanything about this. These 2 employees will still treat customers like this and life goes on. I went to a customer serviceoriented, competent, smiling employees restaurant to get food. So, after all this, according to the employee, when you placean order, you have to read the price for each item. SMH. Read more

They were so slow that they had to cook the chicken strips fresh! They were amazing! I hope they are always this good.

I bought a hamburger there and the lettuce had dirt all over it. I wouldn?t have noticed but I dropped it after it was half... eaten and saw it! So gross! Wish I could share a pic! Read more
