Busy but being the only 24 hour fast food joint I can understand. Cashier was awesome and food was hot. ????
Always messes my order up charged me 40 dollars for a family meal a junkyard fry and 2 chicks they gave me spicy chicks instead... of regular ones because they didn't feel like cooking anymore then they forgot to put cheese on the Krystals and didn't give mea fork or napkins after we paid cash she told us to pull up and refused to give us a receipt or the change back then gave theguy behind us his change I've seen rats hop the wall in the back and go inside and both people there looked twacked out themanager had sore all over his face and it took them 13 minutes just to get the door open when it says dining open 24/7 I workfast food down town and none of this would fly where I work I get off around 1-2 some nights and come here I won't be comingback anymore it was the lady in the reddish purple hair and a really skinny man with sores Read more

Lastnight I stopped here super late and was extremely pleased with my experience from how nice and friendly the staff was, how... quick my food was ready, and last but not least how yummy the food was. LITERALLY sit in this drive thru for almost ONE hour tonight! ??????????? And that?s me being 2 cars back from the speaker!... THAT?S ridiculous! There lobby does NOT need to be open at 4am in the morning! If they can?t even keep up with the drive thru,the inside doesn?t need to be open. Burgers were excellent..fries could have been awesome but they WERE NOT crispy as advertised. I'm not sure what it's going to... take for these employees to realize that they're hurting the brand that they work for by serving food that's less than freshdoesn't cost them any money but maybe it does because maybe they cook fries when they shouldn't have I know it's tough but it isfast food but all I know is they promise crispy fries and they weren't crispy so if I could give them a two and a half I wouldbut I'm opting for a three instead. The place appear to be clean although I didn't go in the bathroom, the kitchen the diningroom looks clean and the service is quick only issue the french fries but since the french fries is one of the items that Iordered it's disappointing when they come out and they're soggy.
