Everytime I go here the food gets made wrong or something. I've worked at so many fast food places and McDonald's twice at 2... different locations in Alcoa and I thought they were horrible. Well the experience I had a few nights ago was triggering to theexperience I had working at Hardee's while I was pregnant. The lady on the headset kept asking what else over and over then whenwe pulled to first window she was angry and rude and playing on her phone. I ordered a sweet tea with my meal and got to thesecond window there was a pregnant woman who said they were out of sweet tea and running both front and drive-thru, which I havedone so many times when I was pregnant at Hardee's. Well the pregnant woman asked me what else I would like to drink and I toldher just fix me whatever to get me out of her drive-thru and then she yelled back to the younger lady at back window to tell hernot to sell anymore sweet tea because she didn't have any and the younger lady came up there screaming about how no one told herthey were out of sweet tea which doesn't matter because now she knew and should not be screaming in her workplace especially notwhen a pregnant woman is up there doing almost everything alone. Worst experience ever. We waiting 15 minutes to order and it changed from breakfast to lunch while we waited. Then it took 45... minutes to get half our food( had to wait on fries since they said it was broke) then when we did get the food they made itwrong. We asked for the manager and ahe said they have to wait. Then when we asked for corporate phone number she came to thefront to argue with us. I mean after an hour total time to get food and not even im sorry or anything. Read more

Best McDonald?s I have been to in a long time. Normally if you go to a fast food place after 7 it?s not going to be very good.... Everything was extremely fresh, the employees were very kind and the place was clean. I dropped my fry outside and went in tobuy a new one they made me a fresh one for free. Hash brown was hot and fresh. Chicken biscuit was warm but the chicken tasted rubbery I believe it was fresh and that the... chicken is just manufactured that way? kinda gross McDonalds? Ordered at 5 AM 04/21/2022 the cashier with the extremely longbrown hair was very rude and seemed irritated to be there and to have customers. She needs to put her hair into a bun especiallywith loose hairs hanging from her butt and off her shirt - gross! And major health code violation at this location. Read more
Being a single father of 4 amazing kids who attend Hardin Valley school system, live in the area, shop in the area & even play... sports in the area ... we have eaten at this location a bunch of times. Whether it's breakfast before dropping the my twooldest off or grabbing some nuggets and a plain cheese burger for the youngest, they've never once gotten our order incorrect. Personally, I believe this is one of the best, if not the best McDonalds in all of Knoxville. Bold statement, I know but theservice speaks when the food does not. I have always enjoyed McDonald's fries ... but that's about it. The fact is fast foodis simply not good for us and the only reason we visit so often is because of the kids, convenience and both of those reasonsagain. In the end, it's just another McDonalds. THIS LOCATION The employees are always friendly ... they even talk to my huskywhen we roll through but everyone talks to Luna cuz she's awesome & comes from the Moona. Ha-ha The restrooms were clean. Thefood was hot. There is a fun playground indoors for the kids. There is a lot of seating. I saw a lot of people in lines theyseemed pleased. This location is brand new but definitely newer. They keep the grounds well-maintained and clean. It'scertainly kept that freshly renovated look and that adds a LOT of character and appeal. BEWARE of the crazy parking because youmay end up trying to figure out how in the heck do I get in and out of the place while you're rolling down a oneway. Place was dirty. Dinning room floor was so greasy you could barely walk on it. soda machines were all broke. No tea's available.... They ran out of soda cup emplyee wanted to use coffee cup just because she didn't want to restock them. They kept trying to pushhi c but it was just syrup. They forgot the chocolate milk that went with the happy meal. Went back to counter to get ketchup it was tossed to me. Cashier had a horrible attitude. The place is just disgusting all around. they just laugh and playedaround. Wasn't helpful to non of there customers. I thought harden valley would be a better place but sadly I was wrong. Read more
