We spent over 35 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered. We ordered through the app for a mobile order pickup. I understand... about being short handed but this is beyond acceptable. I stood in line with only one person in front of me for about 30 minutes and my order was never taken. I finally had to leave. I... had 45 minutes when I arrived to eat before I had to be somewhere else just a quarter of a mile down the street. I finally hadto give up and just grab some peanuts in the convenience store on the other side of the building. They were working hard and itlooked like there were several workers there. I couldn't use the kiosk to place my order because I needed to pay with cash. Themanager was yelling at the workers which was very unprofessional. I can't place my finger on it but somehow they just did nothave their act together. I'm sure it's difficult to find good help. There was another gentleman there who had already orderedwhen I came in. Went by on a rough night around 1030pm due to circumstances of the day. I had a pretty big order. Lady who took order and pymt... at 2nd window was super sweet. This is THE WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. I didn't even eat. We were staying at a hotel nearby and in the morning to... get coffee around 7am and waited at least 10 min in line at the drive through with only 1 car in front and 10 min before I droveoff at the speaker to have my order taken..
