We spent over 35 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered. We ordered through the app for a mobile order pickup. I understand... about being short handed but this is beyond acceptable. We didn't even get any kind of "We are sorry for you wait but we areshort staffed " . We will definitely not go back !! Read more
I stood in line with only one person in front of me for about 30 minutes and my order was never taken. I finally had to leave. I... had 45 minutes when I arrived to eat before I had to be somewhere else just a quarter of a mile down the street. I finally hadto give up and just grab some peanuts in the convenience store on the other side of the building. They were working hard and itlooked like there were several workers there. I couldn't use the kiosk to place my order because I needed to pay with cash. Themanager was yelling at the workers which was very unprofessional. I can't place my finger on it but somehow they just did nothave their act together. I'm sure it's difficult to find good help. There was another gentleman there who had already orderedwhen I came in. Went by on a rough night around 1030pm due to circumstances of the day. I had a pretty big order. Lady who took order and pymt... at 2nd window was super sweet. (They were about to close) The lady tonight was Melanie, I believe. Also, the food was fresh...well as fresh as Mc Donald's can be at almost 11pm. Lol Good Job, Ms. Melanie. Read more
We live very close to this restaurant so it is convenient for us to order delivery or pick up from here. However, there always... seems to be a problem, especially when ordering take out or delivery. We always have at least one item missing and sometimesmultiple items missing. It is very unlikely that we will order from here again. We tried several times to give them the benefitof the doubt, but it is just always wrong (we were missing an entire 10 piece nugget). On top of it being wrong today my chickensandwich was burnt and our fries were undercooked so much that they looked raw. Read more

Every time I go to this location, something is messed up. This particular time, they had left out one of my McDoubles I had... ordered. They didn?t give me a receipt, but I went around the drive through for a second time to let them know that they leftone of my items out. I started talking and the boy at the window shut the window in my face! Once he came back to the window Iinformed him of the mistake, and he went to the back to make the burger. This is THE WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. I didn't even eat. We were staying at a hotel nearby and in the morning to... get coffee around 7am and waited at least 10 min in line at the drive through with only 1 car in front and 10 min before I droveoff at the speaker to have my order taken..
