I came in last Saturday before going into work, I ordered 2 BEC biscuits 2 hash browns, a large orange juice, and a tea. I... didn?t look in the bag before driving off because it?s pretty simple not sure how you mess that up ended up getting 2 SECMcMuffins so I called and let them know and tell me to just come back in when I can and get it replaced, I called letting themknow I was coming and they ended up saying I needed to have a receipt, just a side note I never got my receipt, how am I supposeto give you something I never got? I haven?t eaten at a Golden Corral since before Covid. I also remember when this was an excellent buffet. However, that was a... long time ago. The price has increased just like everything else, but the quality hasn?t. This buffet was, at best meh. Thefood was overcooked and dry, referring to what I ate or just bland. If I could give negative 5 ? I would. The food is of the worst quality of any McDonalds in TN. When you go there it's usually... burnt or raw in the middle. The staff are rude. When getting my order from drive-thru I have went to ask for napkins orcondiments and many times had the window slammed in my face. Read more
happy meals with cold hard old fries were given to us Saturday evening. Also asked for extra pickles and it?s on the receipt,... only to have one pickle on the sandwich. my iced coffee I got a week before this was absolutely disgusting so no more giving thebenefit of the doubt. Asked my burger to be well done because I've been getting pink burgers and when I go to eat my food the burger was pinker than... when I usually order it! The 5 stars goes to the older manager who works nights cause he is one of the BEST human beings I?ve ever met! ???????? Talks to... you by name and makes SURE you have all your food and pulls off smiling! ???? You almost lost him once.. don?t have it happenagain. You will loose so many customers.
