I ordered sirloin steak medium well. Got the meat and it was not steak. It was some kind of pattie and it didn't even taste like... steak. This makes the second time that I have gotten meat and it was just plain nasty. I don't know that I will ever be backagain. Also I got the mashed sweet potatoes and they were nasty as well. My son his wife and my two grand children and I were seat as soon as we walked in no wait. Our drink order was taken and by the... time drinks arrived we were ready to order. The food was brought soon after and everything was just as ordered. All the food washot and delicious. For desert we had caramel pie which was awesome. Why desert was being ate our check was brought. I askedabout a veterans discount and received 10% off. This in my opinion i a the difference between a 4 star and a 5 star rating. Alland all this was a very enjoyable experience with no issues. We were seated immediately, but never served. We counted over 10 employees in the building. A woman chatting with another table,... a woman stacking menus at the bar, 2 at the hostess stand, 2 at another section of tables, 3 over at the area to wrapsilverware, and more walking at other places. Not once did anyone come to our table. Finally we got up and left. I understandbeing short staffed, but they weren't and there were very few customers. Disappointed. Read more
I seem to catch myself after every visit to O'Charley's thinking, I should come here more often.. I stopped by for a bit not... sure if I could finish a whole meal the portions are better then I expect anytime I've eaten here before. I started with heloaded baked potato soup and thought I would be getting a cup for $5.50 I did not expect the large bowl filled to the top that Ireceived. Following that, the salmon I received was cooked exactly how I had to ask and was a great portion for an added proteinwithout a big meal with sides. I spent significantly less than I thought I would have including getting a draft beer everythingwas under $20 with excellent service. Read more
Went there for my nephew's birthday. This new grilled chicken with smashed potatoes and asparagus was awesome! The chicken was... very tender and cut with my fork. Potatoes were the best ever. Wait staff, amazing. Read more
Stopped here while passing through from Myrtle. After we get our gray steaks they tell us they've been having a problem with... that. Pretty bad customer service there. They should pull the steaks from the menu until that problem is fixed. Waitress didwell at taking care of us. For came out in average time. This is another restaurant having people and supply shortages. Read more
Seemed short staffed today. There were several of us and a couple didn't get all their orders. It didn't look especially busy.... Food was good. Our server, Sunshine, was running herself ragged. She was very good but obviously she could have used help. Read more
