Food was good. We used the Call Ahead feature on the app. We didn't have to wait that long to be seated. There was a very... large party ahead of us. The steak and coconut shrimp was great. The awesome blossom was just ok. I've not been impressed with that for several years. I... think we will skip it next time. (Just greasy and some petals of the onion is like a peel). I had been there about a month ago,and the strawberry lemonade was excellent. This time it was completely different. And not as good. I told the young waiter Ihad that it did not look or taste the same as last time. He said something to the effect . . Well that's funny you would thinkit would be made the same every time, I could ask. But he never did mention it again. Nor did I. I just didn't drink most of it.Restaurant was clean. Great savory meats and delicious sides. I took one star because, although it is good, it is not as consistent as it could be.... We have gone there on a few occasions, and sometimes the meats are cooked as they should but other times they are under or overcooked. Still great flavor, still good service. Read more
This location is walking distance from hotels. The service that we received was exceptional. We were promptly seated, and their... tables are spacious to fit a whole family. Our food was hot and served quickly. It was delicious. The steak and cheese dip isvery good. Our waitress was very nice and did not miss a beat with checking on us. She kept everyone's drink filled (includingthe kids), and she seemed to love her job. It's hard these days now to get good customer service, but our hostess/waitress wassuperb. I have been to other outbacks, and this one makes up for the service missed at others that I have eaten at. Thislocation deserves 5 stars based upon my experience today. This location is also very clean. *Note: We came on a weekday, so Iam not sure if that makes a difference, but our experience was great. Not sure what the service is like over the weekend. Came here for lunch after getting my hair done and was very very pleased. Our waitress was awesome! She was from IL originally... as we were as well. We ordered the Bloomin' Fried Shrimp which I highly recommend! My entree was the Bloomin' Burger with LoadedFries. My Fiance ordered the Alice Springs Chicken with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Mac N Cheese! Was absolutely amazing, bothmeals! Very pleased with the service here! Read more
Our waitress was Cynthia, she's another recent transplant from California. She did a great job with a large party. My steak was... cooked perfectly however the other five in our group were a little more well done than ordered. They were seasoned very well,just as we expect at Outback. I?ve ordered curbside take away twice in the last 3-4 weeks, & both times Sydney was the server who took care of me. I, myself,... spent over 15yrs in the service industry & I can tell you that she definitely goes above & BEYOND in regards to great customerservice. Not only was she patient & friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable & helpful when taking my order. Although ourinteraction was relatively brief, I can confidently say Sydney was a perfect combination of professionalism & personality, & ifshe ran for president (of Outback, of course) she?d definitely get my vote!
