Ordered a Supreme what I got was pepperoni and mushroom with one slice had one green pepper no onions. The pizza was good as... usual I just didn't get what I ordered. Cheesy Brea was good but I paid $24 and change for a Supreme and I want what I paid for.Not trying to be difficult. Read more
I love ordering my customized toppings (chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, spinach, jalepenos) thin-crusted pizzas from here... whenever I'm too lazy to cook at home or just simply craving for pizzas. They usually bake it within 15-20 minutes or so andthey always get my order right (knock on wood, so far). I like to call and order ahead that way save me time from waiting. Also,nowadays all Pizza Hut locations they don't pass out those packets of cheese or pepper flakes anymore. If you want them, youwill have to pay extra for that. I remember I paid a dollar extra for the chili pepper flakes that I always like to sprinkle onmy pizzas when I eat them. ???????????? Read more
I've ordered from this location several times and I have no problem with their customer service. However, I'm mainly... disappointed with their food quality and prices. Sorry, but I refuse to pay $30.99 for 18 wings! Instead, I chose to purchasewings from Wing Stop. They sell 20 wings for only $23.29. Also, they taste better and are slightly larger compared to the wingsat Pizza Hut. Hopefully, someone at corporate sees this and realizes that they should be a little more reasonable with theirprices. Read more
Pizza hut in Maynardville pike is the worst! I ordered online and it said 30 minute delivery time, mind you this is a Monday... night and this location is NEVER busy! After waiting a hour I get a text that my order is out for delivery. I call after 40minutes after that and the rude girl on the phone tells me that the delivery times were running 2 hrs or more. She proceeded tohang up the phone on me. When the food finally came it was cold and the pizza was burnt. I am done with this storre. Read more
Too hot waitress could not wait tables. 2 or 3 working 1 was delivery driver. Pizza was good but waited 45 min at a minimum.... Food shortage. Please dont close my favorite pizza. About the newest review from Greg Nelson, don't believe his lies, he fired me for being disabled, violating my rights as a... disabled individual, I had a heart attack and wound up in hospital,I filed charge with the eeoc and was given permission forlegal action, his complaint stems from him recognizing me and came to my work to harass me and make false accusations which isunwarranted harrassment of a disabled individual, clearly this man has a problem with the disabled. Thre were no threats made,and I said, made special for you, meaning each pizza we make is made special for each customer, the way they want it. I am adelivery driver, I don't make the pizzas, his actions and words are just another example of his harrassment, he fired me forbeing disabled, now he's trying to cost me this job, it's people like Greg Nelson, that make life very difficult for thedisabled.
