Ordered food for kids and babysitter at 5 pm. It arrived at 7:45 pm. The estimated time for delivery was 1:10. I called after... 1.5 hrs and they had no clue of the status of the pizza. Somehow the order was missed. They promised to deliver as fast aspossible. It was still 1:15 minutes after the second call. Absolutely unacceptable! Read more

The absolute worst experience with ordering pizza. They completed an order while i watched and could not transfer pies from the... pan. Once i received them the dough was dense and raw. I returned the worst pizzas to the degenerates working and theirresponse was oh we forgot to add yeast to the dough. The second pizzas were just as horrific and raw! I ordered a small ultimate specialty pizza and a cheese pizza from the Hardin Valley Snappy Tomato Pizza store, I also ordered... a side of Banana Peppers and garlic sauce with each pizza. As you can see from the picture all I got was a mess in a pizza box.My 8 year old daughter could easily make a better looking and tasting pizza. I also didn?t receive any garlic sauce or my BananaPeppers. All total with the tip I paid $28 for this mess, but you can bet it will not happen again, I don?t know what happenedto this store they used to have the best pizza in my area and now I think it?s the worst. Ate here for the first time tonight. Picked up a large pizza, 10 wings, and spaghetti with beef and mushroom added on. It was... very good. Food was hot when we got it home (15 minute drive.) Cost was $40. Worth noting we ordered extra cheese on pizza andspaghetti, as well as extra garlic sauce and blue cheese. So the price is EXTREMELY reasonable. Was a lot of food. We'll begoing back.
