Always great staff, but this place needs a lot of maintenance. About half f the order screens are out if order. The order... screens not out of order have glitches that appear on the screen making paying by card very difficult. The owners have neglectedthe upgrades and I guarantee it is hurting business! Go to spot for slushes! Several order boards in stalls are out of service. Staff always friendly and quick!
Worst hot dog I ever tried to eat ,layed it in a paper box and pour chili and cheese all over it ,where you can't pick it up... ,and give you a plastic fork that could not cut the hotdogs cause they were like rubber nasty place to eat Read more
Super service and, as always, great tasting food. The young man who brought us our food was very good.
Ordered 3 corn dogs and a double cheese with extra extra onions and charged .90 for the onion. Was given maybe 1/2 cooked onion... ring on the burger. The corn dogs were cold. I mean they were not even warmed up. Like they had been cooked earlier in the dayand sat aside. My husband will not complain but I will. Spoke with manager and she took food back and replaced. They get a 1star for sending out improperly made and cold food from the get go. They should and do know better. Read more
Loved Sonic since way back in the 80s! Tried the new Summertime Redbull Slush my son had told me about. Went at happy hour and... it was only $2.00! Fantastic! My new flavor, I just hope it's not a temporary one. Of course the waitresses are always friendlyand nice. Read more
Trash customer service. They refused to bring my food to my truck, which would not fit under their pavilion. I?m parked 10 feet... away from their kiosk sign I ordered from, but they wouldn?t bring my food I loved having to stand outside in the heat while Iwaited for my food. Read more
The worst sonic possible. Every time i go the food is cold and the slushy is just ice. Take the extra time and go to the one in... fountain city, they atleast put flavor in their slushes. Read more
