Stopped to grab a quick and late lunch for myself and my two year old after the usual lunchtime rush. After pushing the button,... we sat there while two cars around us who pulled in after us were helped before we were and even after I pushed the button againthinking it maybe didn?t work, absolutely nothing. Rather than fight about it after waiting for just over 10 minutes, I took mybusiness elsewhere. As someone who is aware of the shortage in work staff at many places and who has been understanding of thatas someone who used to work in customer service, there?s no excuse for blatantly ignoring or picking and choosing what customersyou serve when you?re busy . A simple, ?we?ll be with you in a moment? would have helped the situation. Do better, y?all. Read more

Everything in my order was disappointing. My breakfast burrito was made completely wrong. No sausage, one flat sheet of egg... instead of scrambled eggs, and sticky American cheese instead of cheddar. The tater tots were cold and were not salted. Verybland. The Cinnasnacks were cold and the dough was raw! I?m not sure if they don?t know how to make the burrito or if someone isjust lazy. Every time I order it, it is done halfa** and wrong! Read more

Got charged Twice! Didn?t realize it at the time. Paid right there when I placed my order, it was not clear that the charge went... through. When the waitress brought the food she said we didn?t pay. We told her we paid when we ordered. So we paid AGAIN at herinsistence. The next day both charges showed up on our card. What the heck ?? And the burger & fries were just so-so. Read more

Ordered the 2 for $5 special on a weekday weekday afternoon. The food was warm upon delivery and tasted good for fast... food. The service at this location was relatively fast but an improvement in friendly customer service is needed. Read more

This is one of the better Sonic locations that I've been too. This Sonic ended up being a pleasant surprise, as Sonics tend to... be pretty slow, but this location was fast and efficient. The employees were all polite, and the drive through moved quickly.The food came quickly, and was good quality for a fast food place. Overall this is one of the better Sonics that I've been too,and I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking to grab a quick bite. Read more

Well we didn?t get any of the 6+ condiments we ordered through the app, or napkins, and the pickle fries were a real let down.... They tasted awful and looked worse. I must?ve got the last of a batch. Small portion and Alot of it was just the outer breading. ?? My coney had a greenish gray tint and the inside was pink. I thought that was weird. The bun almost looked borderlinemolded. I noticed halfway through. Slushes are good and even better price ordered through the app. I want to give my local sonicanother chance. Apparently you get your food and drinks the way THEY want you to have it, not the way YOU want it. Very poor customer service... and when someone asks for something extra, like extra cherries in a slush, you should give it to them(charge of you have orwant) instead of saying I put the correct amount? basically got a large cup of very lightly colored pink ice. Not to mention shewas very belittling and acting as tho it was nuts for someone to add extra flavoring.. so rude and on Christmas Eve of all days!Total Scrooge! Read more
