Just to be honest this experience was awful. We waited over 30 min just for flavored water with maybe three other cars there... and they couldn't even get our app order right. Manager finally came out to see what was wrong but they were not friendly. Horrible customer care! Read more
Waited in the drivethru for 30 minutes on a simple combo, and it was still wrong. Employees were texting on their phones, and... eating cherries. I pulled into a bay, and told them they got my order wrong through the speaker. 5 minutes later a employee cameup and asked me if I ordered yet. Worst sonic experience I've ever had.. Read more
Poor excuse for staff. Can't get simple orders right to save their life and takes their time when there is not a lot of... customers. 3 chances in 1 week and they can't get an order right. Others in the area have no issues at all. Read more
Genuinely disappointed with how downhill this establishment has gone. It used to be a quick and easy place to get food. You'd... always get your food quick and hot, now that is a thing in the past. It takes close to 15 minutes just for a drink in a smallline. It used to be a great place but it has gone so downhill that I recommend no one come here and take another 10 minutes togo to a better one. The food is most always cold, sometimes cooked wrong, your order will get messed up, and you'll end upwaiting minutes on end just for your order to be taken. Genuinely sad to see how bad this location has gotten. Not sure if it'sa management issue or what but this is extremely disappointing to the entire community. Read more
This place is horrible. I was trying to let her know my order was wrong and she couldn't hear me because someone was power... washing the sidewalk beside me. She came out and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my sandwich. I ordered a singleand this was a double. It was the biggest mess. She laughed at me and said she was absolutely not going to have my food remadeand gave me some napkins. She finally took it back and brought me what I ordered however she was rolling her eyes and shakingher head at me the whole time. The sandwich wouldn't even go together and there was mustard and ketchup all over the inside ofthe bag because it was such a mess. Read more
Just left. Car hop was Sweet but order was messed up. Paid for bacon on 2 burgers only got on 1. HUGE middle of Lettuce on... burgers and No condiments what's so ever. Don't have this problem at my sonic at home Read more
The only reason this got two stars and not just one is because the food they actually serve. But the rest of it is absolute... garbage at this location specifically. I have stopped here over and over to be put on hold, not be open, or being asked to hangon a second only to set for 10 to 15 minutes. I have drove off from here the last four or five times I have attempted to getanything. I will not return to a single sonic whatsoever due to this locations failure. Read more
