If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The cheese quesadilla literally had no cheese?the bean tacos had no beans?the... bean burritos had a teaspoon full of beans with zero red sauce?the Mexican pizza had zero cheese?.probably the worst Taco Bellmeal experience ever. Ordered 4 tacos. Payed 4 tacos. Got 3. Plus it was the worst we?ve ever had frm this location. The shells literarily rubbed... together. There was hardly anything in the shells. Called the restr location. No answer. Feel like we got a double wammy of badservice and food. Read more
It took me twenty five minutes in line to get five cold burritos, with a small line in front of me. The window register... attendant played on her phone the entire 4 minutes I was at the window. They also only gave us a single packet of hot sauce foreach cold burrito. Needless to say I will never come back to this location, which is a shame as I work in Turkey Creek. Barnone, this was the worst Taco Bell service I've ever recieved. And I only gave this one star because it won't let me give themzero. Read more
Ordered a chicken quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce and got jalapeño put on it anyway. When I got to the window no one said a... word and I said the order back to confirm and the guy didn?t talk back just shook his head. I wouldn?t have cared as much if theorder was right. Nice staff, but I wonder if they put meat on anything anymore and they can't leave onions off a burrito to save their lives. I... had 1 bite of a soft taco that had any meat in it at all and the burrito supreme was anything but Supreme. Small and they addedonions. This is twice in a row. I'm done! Read more
Writing this on my tenth minute of being at the drive-through box. I waited an additional 10 to get here, just thought it?d be... faster once the line moved. Nope. Clearly understaffed and whoever is here does not care to actually operate. It?s 7:45p andthey close at 8p, so they are just waiting out the line to shut down. Very cool, very good service. Read more
I believe this is the fastest I've ever got served at any Taco Bell. I ordered two Doritos Locos Tacos and a medium drink and... they had it ready for me in a minute or less. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean, too. Read more
Last time I visited the drive thru attendant said they were doing on line orders only now. this time the app said they were not... a store that did online ordering at all. It says they're open but they don't take orders or serve the menu that they advertise.Coupled with yoy plummet in service and food quality,and that the Northshore location saying "open"with the lights on but allthe doors locked, pretty sure the local franchisee is shutting down slowly and just selling thru the frozen stock. It's reallysad to see a restaurant that you've visit for 35 years turn into a steaming pile. Read more
