Every Sunday I come after work in my beat up car that leaks water and order a vegetarian fiesta taco which does not come with... sour cream. AND EVERY TIME I tell them I?m allergic to sour cream please do not put it on there and there is a giant dollop ofsour cream in one corner of the burrito. I?m assuming they think it is a joke and do it out of spite, but it is not funny and Iwork hard for my money. I?m always overly polite no matter what but this place just needs to be shut down. Or increase theworkers pay so they do not have an I don?t care attitude, maybe employe some adults that have standards and basic competence. Read more
Went here tonight and was told at the order machine it was cash only and that their card reader has been down for 3 days. I... think upper management should get this under control instead of letting it continue on for days. Then they wonder why businessescan't run appropriately. This place is hit and miss, and oddly, always seems the worst when the guy who looks like Peter Griffin is workin' the... drive-through. He always gives you your total in "pennis" or "credits"... He thinks is comedy time when all we want is astraight-forward cash-for-food transaction. Got this on my last visit too. All three of my tacos looked similar. I'm angry. Won't be back. Read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. Extremely rude staff. Told vehicle in front of me to wait at the microphone/menu while they... prepared the DoorDash order that was apparently ?pretty large?. My understanding is the DoorDash orders are to be completedprior to the dasher arriving?kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on the app if the order isn?t ready when the dasherarrives. I was also here to pick up an order for DoorDash, which wasn?t ready?shocker. I called to ask if they would let me inthe lobby to pick up the order and was told I?d have to wait in the long line to get the order. It was 1:46am and I can?timagine there being any reason for there to be 6 cars backed-up in the drive-thur. Also, hours on the door say the lobby is openuntil 3am, so strange it?s closed.
