*secret shopper needed* For to-go orders I am a creature of habit. I know it is a steakhouse but I always order the combo... appetizer when ordering from Texas Roadhouse if I am taking it with me. My hometown really set the bar. If I would have chosenthis same thing here first, I would have never tried this dish again. Chicken was dry and they gave half as much as others, rolls didn't even match up. Seems like they cooked these items long ago. Dipping suaces were smaller containers too. Pickleswere definitely fresh though. This place really needs to standardize with the rest of the chain. Read more

I tried the ribs and the appetizers combo plate. The potato skins, fried pickles and boneless chicken wings were good. The warm... bread basket was awesome. Not impressed by the ribs. They are advertised as “falling off the bone” and they sure were. Butthey had no texture or bite at all, need little firmness. Smothered in bbq sauce i could not get much if the actual meat flavorother than taste of liquid smoke. The steak potatoes looked like have been sitting under the warmer for a while. The service wasexcellent, the young waitress was very friendly and checked on the table often. I wish i did not see an employee cleaning thetables using the same rag and spray he was using to wipe the tables with to clean the neck of the steak sauce bottle and ketchupon the table. I know minor stuff but could not give 5 star Read more

We sat at the bar and Darnell served us. She is professional and very helpful. She is serious about doing her job and she does... it well...and with a beautiful smile. The only negative is they brought our salads out at the same time as our entrees. That'sa NO NO! Next time do better kitchen staff! Thank you Darnell for making our visit pleasant. We will definitely be back andwill sit at the bar. Read more

Texas Roadhouse is our family’s favorite go-to restaurant. There’s something for everybody, and no one ever leaves... hungry! This particular location is especially family friendly. They always have kids menus and crayons ready to go, and theyoften have other Texas Roadhouse trinkets available for the kiddos. We’ve even been there when they’ve had someone makingballoon animals for kids. To top it off, they always get the most important part right - plentiful fresh baked buns andbutter! Make sure you come early or use the app for phone ahead seating. This place gets busy, and the waiting area outside itspacious but not covered. If you phone ahead, you can wait in your car until your table is ready, which I recommend! Read more

Lynn is an absolutely amazing young man. We gave him a pretty hard time (all in fun), he took it so well. His smile is genuine.... He is kind and courteous. He is informative with the menu. He makes everyone at the table, feel special. If you come to TurkeyCreek Texas Roadhouse, make sure to ask for Lynn!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Read more

We had to wait 20 minutes for seating, no big deal. They were short of servers. The rolls were on point today! Our server was... nice and attentive. I started with a cup of chili, the taste is always real good but the temperature, no matter what locationI'm at, is always too cold. I'd be happier if it was microwaved and steaming! I got the chicken tender/ribs combo and thetenders were a complete salt explosion, entirely over seasoned. The ribs were cool to the touch and very dry. Either overcooked or had been sitting for a long while. Both of my kids got chicken bites and fries. The fries were lackluster. Andtheir nuggets were over cooked and insanely dry. Next time I'll just try to get them regular tenders and cut them. My parentscame along and each of them got beef tips, and both enjoyed them. I'll visit again. But I'm hoping they improve. This isabout the 3rd time in a row (over 6 months) where I haven't been satisfied. Only one more try and I won't return. Read more

My wife and daughter and I just ate there today and I was looking forward to a nice steak. I ordered a NY strip qnd asked for... it rare. It's been forever since we have been to. Texas Road house and they are usually decent. We had nice service and we'retended on fairly well with no complaints. I was disappointed right away with my steak after I cut into it to me it wasn't cookedproperly and I could of easily lived with that but the steak itself was riddled with silver seam and sinew and fat. NY stripsare usually pretty lean with some fat on the outside edge only. I consider myself a pretty good cook and in my opinion whoevercooked it knew this wasn't a good cut of beef but went it out anyway. My wife and daughters food was fine and no problems. Whenour server came around I asked for the manager and she came over quickly and I showed her my steak and she agreed right away andremoved it from our bill and offered to cook me another one and at that point I thanked her and said no I'm fine. I give her 4stars for doing the right thing and appreciate the sincere apology. Since I have become proficient at making good steaks I am alittle extra picky but this as you can see in my picture was just bad. Read more
