This Wendy's has gotten to be awful. The drive thru is always wrapped around, which I could forgive because I understand it's... not the employees fault if they are short staffed, but most of the time the employees are either incredibly rude or incompetent.We are always getting our food messed up, they never want to give you a receipt. 90% of the time the "system" is down so theywill either say they're cash only or just straight up refuse to take your order. We always see employees just standing aroundinside or outside smoking, but yet people are always sitting in the drive thru waiting 20+ minutes. They need to hire somebetter help Read more
Fries were burnt and salty. Barely warm. We ordered coke but I'm pretty sure it was some variation of coke. It was nasty. The... girl at the drive thru had nails an inch long, I hope they don't let her bag orders or make food. Wouldn't want those in thefood. Read more
Stopped by at 8 PM for dinner. 2 employees were sitting by the door. They walked away as I approached the door. It was locked.... Posted hours say 10:30. Got in line at the drive through. It never moved and no one's order was taken. I drove around and the 2employees were standing at the window waiting on no one. Hopefully another fast food place will open this exit and shut thisplace down. Read more
I'm glad people have found better jobs that pay more than fast food. That means, however, that fast food joints are no longer... fast. I haven't seen a fast food place dinning room open in a long time and we have to adapt. Read more
I'm not the type of person to complain because I worked in the fast food business but this is the second time I have ordered... from this location and they have either messed it up or they don't give me my full order and its been at night when I order sosomeone is not paying attention or just not wanting to do they're job that they are getting paid to do.... I know the food Industry is hard to grasp but pay attention to the customers orders and you will have a positive outcome and the business willthank you because they aren't losing money and getting negative reviews sorry for the long review but I just wanted to let thecompany know that this is going to make this location go down if its not fixed. Horrible service. Went to this location on 7/15/2022 at around 9:40pm. I got my sides upsized and the fries they gave me were... not upsized at all. I honestly want my money back. I was trying to add my picture but for some strange reason google will notlet me. I won't be returning to this location unless it is on day shift. I never have an issue when I go during the daytime. Allthe employees are nice and my order seems to always be correct. My suggestion is stay away at night or check your bag beforedriving off. Read more
