They closed their older location in old mall circle and moved to a better location by lowes. Ordering is user initiated when... you enter the location. It's easy to do. Staff was friendly. It's about half the older Wendy's but plenty of seats. Read more

Every time I go to this wendy?s, there was one time I went it was around 10am and no one said anything to me at the speaker so I... had to drive away. I just went today and had a mobile order with breakfast items and I get to the speaker, takes them a fewminutes to even answer then once they answered they said they probably wouldn?t have what I ordered because they?re out ofalmost all the breakfast food and it was almost time for lunch. Went through the drive thru and was told that it would be just a minute due to a shift change. waited for about 15 minutes with... no one coming on to the speaker. tried saying hello and still got no answer. pulled away from the drive thru and the person putin the drive thru position immediately started taking the order from the person behind us. The interior of the restaurant was like walking into a nightmare, as if a designer was half finished with a project and turned... in the plans anyway and no one noticed. Strange walls stand only a portion of the way to an unfinished ceiling. Walls andcounters seem to flow through the building with no ryhme or reason. My usual fast food expectations were subverted as theordering process seemed to be designed to be as confusing, inefficient, and anxiety inducing as possible. As I clicked throughthe order kiosk with no visible menu available to me I was paralyzed by an overwhelming amount of choices, as if I was beingasked to play a piano with infinite keys. How did the Mortys Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich differ from the other Hot Honey ChickenSandwich? And what of item modifications? I had never dreamed of eating a burger with four different kinds of cheese on it, butnow it seemed like a real possibility. Was the Wild Mountain Burger hiding somewhere within this electric menu, forgotten by allbut me and the ghost in the machine? Would I find it without going mad? A very friendly woman came over to ask if I neededassistance, like a guiding Valkerie leading the way across the Rainbow Bridge to Valhalla. I denied any assistance (foolishly)and continued bending the machine to my will, or perhaps it was bending me to its will. Maybe my will was walking its way andits will was walking mine, in the old ways of Diamond Rio. Eventually, I settled on a hot honey medium grilled chicken combo.Then I was baffled about where exactly I was supposed to wait for it. A counter with chairs next to the pick up existed, but itwas covered in items which I assume belonged to the staff. A man was asleep in the corner with a video game controller and alighter in front of him, adding to the overall weirdness and mystery of the restaurant. Was I still asleep? If you've got to have Wendy's, I'd suggest going to a different one until this one is running better. As others have stated,... took forever just to even be able to place order at drive-thru. No one acknowledges you, wait and wait some more, then beginoccasionally saying hello in hopes of getting someone's attention. Then, after all that, food wasn't hot and fries definitelyweren't crispy - also tasted as if they'd been fried in old oil. Here's hoping the food and service improve soon. Just went thru drive thru an fries were cold & container half full. I went back to get a replacement, but drive thru line was... now going out to street. Door was locked. Called 3 times to see if someone would bring replacement to door. No answer &voice-mail was full. Read more

Sat in drive thur for more than 20 min with out no one coming on the speaker saying they would be with us in a min. And kept... saying hello. The person working drive thru had an attitude and was rude and screamed and said he would be with me in a secondafter more than 20min at the speaker. This is not customer service I work in the fast food business. Will not come back.Corporate needs to stop by and check it out . Read more
