The drive through line was extremely long, so I decided to go inside to order (the wait was just as long as drive through).... Several people from the drive thru had to come inside because drink orders were incorrect and people were complaining that theydidn't receive the sauces that they asked for. I paid for 10 wings, but only received 9. The biggest issue for me was that themanager was walking around hacking and coughing every 30 secs. Not once did she cover her mouth. It took a bit over 10 minutes between ringing up and getting my meal. I wasn't in a huge hurry, so no big deal this time. I'd... ordered the Signature Sandwich meal, but was then told my two choices were grilled or club. I reiterated I wanted whichever onecame in the Signature Sandwich meal. I think I ended up with the Club (it had bacon). The sandwich itself was hot and delicious,but that's the only reason this gets two stars instead of one. Luckily, BEFORE I bit into the sandwich, I saw this bit ofplastic, seemingly cut off the end of a bag of something, right at the edge of the sandwich. Place has gone downhill. Use to come here all the time but hasn?t in awhile. Decided on our way home from vacation today to stop... and eat. Well that?s was a mistake. Now I understand that prices have gone up. So In turn wages have. But all they got workinghere is a bunch of children. So to the terrible service. 1. Very unprofessional(cursing) language thru the drive thru speaker.(With my child in the car) 2. After paying was told to pull up and wait. Witch isn?t normally a issue but they had us wait forover 20mins. (Mind you we only ordered 2 basic meals and some of the fried pickles) While 10 or so people went thru behind us.Finally they bring us our food. 3. My wife goes to to check our order and we?re missing stuff. While everything else is cold. 4.We go inside to get our missing items. The one guy that was there that seemed like he had half a brain had to tell the cook inthe back 3 times to make our missing food and get us our sauces they forgot. 5. Finally we get home the fries are still cold ofcourse with hardly no seasoning on them and tasted like they were a couple of hours old. The wings I ordered with nuclear sauce.Didn?t have any sauce at all on it and were hard. I mean how do u forget the sauce on the freaking wings??? I couldn?t evenfinish my wings because they tasted old and chewy. I was afraid they would make me sick. In conclusion I would steer far awayfrom this place. They didn't have chicken zalad, they were out of grilled chicken. What we got was quite good. The fries were seasoned nicely and... were soft. The chicken fingers were actually way too hot I had to wait quite a while for them to cool down. The cheddar biteswere a little hard. My wife seems to be happy with her zalad. Overall this is a good experience. Not the cheapest you can getchicken but you have more options. The soda machine had so many options you were standing there for 10 minutes trying to figureout what you wanted. Read more
