My husband ordered his steak medium well and it came as medium rare. We advised our waitress and let her know we were not upset,... my husband has worked in the restaurant business before. She took his plate and brought back a completely new plate with aperfectly cooked steak. They also took $10 dollars off our bill which was a nice surprise. Enjoyed our midday meal there around 1:00 PM, the food is good, the atmosphere is ok, the service was very slow. We don't... blame our server, but for whatever reason we waited about 40 minutes for our food orders to arrive. There were lots of emptyseating available but there were 8 of us so that might account for the very slow service. Read more

I ordered the all you can eat wings. When the meal arrived, the French fries were cold, and the wings were, at best luke warm. I... sent it back, and got hot fries and lukewarm wings on the second plate. I canceled my order of the wing special, and gotsomething else. The manager was told by our server about the cold meal, and he didn’t bother to come talk to us. We had to askfor him. We received nothing from the manager, no coupon for a discounted meal, no percent off our check, nothing, exept a sorryfor the wings and fries. We won’t be going back. Read more
Went with a party of 7 to celebrate mother in law’s birthday. Staff did awesome accommodating for a large party on short... notice. Our server was Jennifer and she did amazing. Tables was pre-bussed often, and drinks never went empty. She was justamazing! One of the best times I’ve had at an Applebee’s! Read more

Went here for dinner with Gary, Jessica and Mickie. Drinks from the bar were tasty, we started with chicken quesadillas and... cheese sticks. The quesadillas were the best we have had from anywhere! Gary had the chicken bowl, Jessica and I had the bourbonsteak. All dishes were really good. The service was slow, but we realize on a Friday night around 10:30 most staff has hadenough. Mickie enjoyed his frozen vegetables we brought in. Also enjoyed running into a few friends we hadn't seen in a longtime. Read more
Honestly, I hate giving a bad review. But, this place is not what it used to be. Lunch was cold, chicken was burnt and they... turned it over to try to hide the fact that it was burnt. Broccoli was raw, not undercooked, raw. Mashed potatoes were verycold. I ate 1/2 of it because I was hungry and the server didn't show up for me to ask for a microwave reheat.
