Somewhere I read about this place as ?The Place? for chicken here in Indiana.. and that may have been about 9 months ago. Ever... since, I?ve wanted to go there and see what the hype was about. And so I did yesterday. 50 minutes of driving up and throughsome annoying construction, then the turns on streets until.. the restaurant itself appeared. Very unassuming. Quaint. Perfect.I ordered and received the best-packed 12 piece and sides to bring all the way back home. Delicious. Crispy. Still piping hot,even after that long ride home. I absolutely will be back! Never change a thing about what or how you?re doing it; you are asurvivor among the chains, but truly, you are better than all the rest. Fantastic Family owned restaurant/take out food. I have been eating here since early '90s. This trip we had the broasted 20... piece chicken basket, two perch baskets, potato wedges, slaw, and rolls for a family of 8... delicious. You will want to goback. Read more

It was my grandmothers birthday today. And we ordered $70 worth of food. To be exact 24 pieces of chicken. When we received the... food and plated everybody. We opened the chicken and it was raw. We called and asked for the manager. To see if they could dosomething about it. The lady was very rude. We just asked for some chicken to be remade. And she continued to be rude. So wetold her never mind we would just like our money back. They told us to bring the food ALL of it back to the restaurant. When itwas returned the lady then continued to yell and be disrespectful. And refused to return my money. I have been eating at thisrestaurant since I was 5 years old. After this I will NEVER go back. 0/10 recommendation and they need to hire better people. Read more
I haven?t had broasted chicken since I was a kid and man is this place good. Juicy, crispy, wonderful chicken with plenty of... flavor. We got the whole chicken box and it was very reasonable.
