I eat here fairly frequently and I always get the same thing (4 piece tender basket w/ large fires and a large root beer). The... service can be a bit slow, BUT the food is always hot and fresh. I normally love this culvers and have yet to have a bad experience in several years. However today I ordered two concrete mixers... and both were made incorrectly (wrong flavor custard with the wrong toppings). When we went back through and got our correctedorders, the person who brought them said they were made right the first time and tried to argue with us about the receipt, whichwe never received in the first place. Culver's has an excellent reputation. The biggest thing in my opinion is a clean restaurant. I come into filth and I will never... go back. BUT I have never visited a Culvers that was dirty. They pride themselves on cleanliness. I have heard many people whenin a group setting they prefer culvers due to they keep a fresh clean store. So it's not just me that appreciates hard work fromthe employees who work in these restaurants. Read more
Hubby & I always stop for food on the way home from Indy. He loves Culver's, so it's where we went. I forgot to take a pic, but... it's fast food people. I thought my butter burger was dry and ate less than half. Jeremy didn't mind, he ate the rest and allof his. I probably wouldn't stop again but that's just me. Huge fan of Culver?s custard! I have only ever tried their cheese curds as real food and have also enjoyed those. The staff are... very friendly and we never have any issues. We typically order the custard with toppings or the concrete mixers (like a blizzardfrom DQ). All very delicious! Read more
Culver's was amazing! First time going and the shakes were awesome, the cheese curds were delicious and crispy on the outside... nice and soft on the inside. The mushroom burger could have had more mushrooms but overall a great place! Oh the staff wasamazing! Read more
First time customer! We don't have this chain in GA. Loved the Butter burger. I had pretzel bites because I'm not a huge fries... fan, but I did try my husband's and they were very good! Our custard creations were heavenly! I would loosely compare them toFreddie's if you're familiar with that franchise. The service was great, the staff was friendly and efficient and the entireplace was very clean. Great lunch experience! Read more
This was my first time going. Ever !! It was really good food wise. Drive thru speaker want working right so it was hard to hear... and give order. I definitely can't wait to try again. Just a little higher then most places but if it maintains good hot foodthen it'll be worth it. Read more
