Food not really as good as it used to be. They have a new drink self serve bar which was NOT well thought out at all. Right in... front of where you place your order at. Talk about total confusion And congested. Really need to change. Not going back.Disappointed. Read more
They raised their prices, and made thier portions smaller, then made the drinks self service. The value isn't there anymore. ... They used to be crowded, but now there is plenty of room to sit. So if you don't care about value, and want semi privacy, Iwould recommend. Read more
Good food. There are some really healthy options here. The Only complaint is if you go in and are there past 9 , they will dump... their tea. Might not seem much but their tea can bring people in the door . Read more
I absolutely love this place! I have yet to eat at a bad McAlister's every one i go to is really good! I highly recommend eating... here! great food, very clean,friendly people and really good service. Just awesome all around! Read more
Not only did they mess my salad up the first time but they remade it and put nothing but lettuce , there was barley any cheese... or anything on top just all tomatoes , and 2 little pieces of chicken , there was a hair in my food not 1 but 2 pieces , and mygrilled cheese bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat it . This was mine and my son's first time here. It was clean and the food was great. The manager came to our table and was attentive... and seen greeting customers. My son's meal was just a bit warm and not hot but that could have been his sensory issues but themanager got him a whole new fresh plate and took the other away. I got one of their Spuds and it was huge but so delicious-ameal by itself. I paired it with soup. It was very good fresh and filling. The Tea was great. We Will definitely be back. Read more
While ordering, I asked what sides went with the sandwich. The guy taking the order told me to look at the menu stuck to the... front of the register. So I put on my glasses and noticed one of the options was soup. When I asked what the choices were forsoups, he told me to check the board. So I had to walk over there to see what kind of soup I wanted. The food was fine. Read more
