Showed up in the drive through at 5:05 am sat at the speaker for 10 minutes drove around the building back to the speaker sat... for another 10 minutes called the store the lady said yes we see you then hung up the phone . Sat for about 20 minutes beforethey took my order. If you open at 5 am you should be ready to take orders not make people wait after they called the store pisspoor service. Read more
Had 300$ worth of orders for my crew this morning and guess what McDonald's on Markland Ave in Kokomo and the McDonald's on Alto... we're both closed @ 5am and said they could not help me. All this when there website says 24hrs on Markland and opens @ 5am onAlto!! McDonald's has definitely lost several steps in the fast food game and now have just lost my more than generousbuisness/service. Sorry,but you must do better with better competition!! The associate who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a gift card that was empty and she told how I could... refill it and was kind enough to do so. The Egg McMuffins we had were the best we've had in a long time. Read more
I tried to use a receipt survey coupon for a free McChicken. The manager wanted to argue with me and not accept my coupon since... there was no purchase necessary to use it. She argued that their receipts were buy one get one free for a quarter pounder atthat store. I told her I know what receipts they give, but this was different and no purchase was necessary. She begrudginglygave me my free sandwich. Very poor customer service. Read more
The people at this location were really nice taking our order and getting it out quickly although both of my McDoubles and both... of our orders of fries were cold and the McDoubles were most definitely pretty old from sitting because they were dried out. Read more
