The place looks very nice and clean.The staff was very nice and friendly. The food was a 5 out of 10. I'm a big breadstick eater... and the sticks just weren't there. The pizza was called the Animal Farm. Basically an all meat pizza. I was disappointed. Ittasted like a Totinos pizza. The crust was to soft and the flavors weren't there. Amazed! This was really good. The pizza was perfectly done. The sauce is not super spiced, so mild in the tummy. The menu is... pretty big. Don't be turned away by the exterior like I was. Service was good. I will be going here for all my non-"pizza king"pizza eating. Rare 5 stars from me for giving me good food and good service at a level higher than I expected. Read more
The customer service is horrible. The food is pretty good. First time my mom and I went in there, we got up to pay and the girl... literally asked if we paid when walking out after we literally just paid. Then my mom ordered carry out and went in and therewas a lady ahead of her that was supposed to have her pizza an hour ago and they still didn?t have it ready and when they wentto bring her her pizza, they didn?t even apologize to her or offer her a discount. Haven't had Noble Roman's since high school and now I wish I would have left it like that!! Your manager needs to step it up!!... We complained about a cold pizza nothing was done so we went ahead and ate so he decided since we ate 5 of the pieces nothingneeded to be done. More worried about being on his phone. Our waitress took and break. You think anybody could cover for her?No! Plus they forgot to put part of order in which was clearly on the paper from our waitress. Wasn't happy at all!! Read more
The pizza was great, as usual. The server, however, was horrible. I ordered a side salad along with our medium pizza. No... salad. After an appropriate amount of time the pizza came via a runner. No salad. Our server never showed to check on us. Infact I saw her duck out, never to return until we were literally finishing the last bites of our pie. I told her to remove thesalad from the bill. The first time I visited I carried out. It was great. Ate 2 pieces on the drive back to my town. The second time, I dined in.... The deep dish pizza was a kinda burnt on top. It was ok. Could have been better. But that was due to employees not really payingattention to things other than conversation. I will still make the drive to do it again though. We just spent over $30 on wings and we can't even eat them because they are so gross. They are chewy and hard-like fake meat...... I'm leaving a few stars because their pizza is actually good! But do NOT ORDER WINGS Read more
While waiting to be seated we noticed the prep area was a mess. Food, sauce, and lids everywhere. The hostess was talking to... other employees rather than seating the long line waiting. Once seated I watched the staff step over and kick trash/food on theground near the server station. It eventually ended up in the dining room. Our server's shirt looked like it was covered in pethair. Once we placed our order it took over an hour to get it and they had forgotten to put sauce on it! They put blobs of coldsauce on top instead. They brought it to us and asked if that was okay. We used to love Noble Roman's but now I'm not sure whenwe will go back. Read more
