3 stars. Cause EVERY time I order through doordash or Uber eats...they short me food. When I go into the place to get food then... it's even proportions. Either way. Food is usually good depending on when u get itt. Read more

There was a long line/ long wait in drive thru but online ordering turned off an hour before closing time. I usually order while... in the line so a 10 minute wait for orange chicken (their staple item) seems unreasonable almost an hour before close. Especially when I was already at the location and I could spend that time waiting in drive thru. Also, it's quite rude to say toa customer that the only items left is rice and a few other items so the entire menu isn't available during open hours. If therestaurant is open then all items should be available. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way. Instead, I'mleft with the impression that this location doesn't care about customer service with workers that just want to close and gohome. Read more
Who ever was on today's crew (7/23/22@4:45pm), the service was absolutely great, the sesame chicken has a perfect crisp and the... vegetables have a fresh crunch to them...just perfect...all food is hot....GREAT! Please repeat what was done today. Thankyou!!! Read more
I ordered chow Main only as my side and I got like 99% cabbage. I didn?t even eat this as there were mot enough noddles at all,... per photo. This is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering the Chow Main as a side, and it needs to beaddressed. Read more
Worst experience of Kokomo, Indiana. Got half fried rice and chow mein. With a side of chow mein most of the chow mein was... cabbage and fried rice wasn't cooked so it was hard. How does one not cook rice when you have a giant rice cooker. Customerservice was good but besides that don't recommend. Read more
Would have been nice to get what I ordered. I have been to this location 3 times and 2/3 times my order has been wrong.
